This is a sort of Vietnamese-esque Chinese place. The atmosphere is a little dark for my liking, but it smelled great and looks clean. The wait staff was attentive and friendly, although she didn’t know much about Vietnamese names of the items. No biggie, really. I ordered the goi cuon (spring roll) and cha gio (egg roll). The spring rolls were very loosely wrapped and only had noodles, shrimp, a little lettuce, and a rolled up fried wrapper. Very strange and not really that good. The egg rolls were only pork, and seemed more Chinese than Vietnamese. Not impressed at all. The pho I ordered was the veggie. It had plenty of veggies in it yet the broth was definitely lacking that flavor you expect with pho. I wouldn’t come back unless that’s all there was to offer.

We are new to town and lovers of pho. We have been trying out the local Vietnamese restaurants in an attempt to find the best pho in town, and we are happy to report we have found it at I Love Pho! Their broth is delicious and the price can’t be beat. We also loved the pork Banh Mi sandwich and their Vietnamese iced coffee. Great service too! We will definitely become regulars here.

Fabulous! We have the pork spring rolls with peanut sauce and a “small”(which is large)pho.My wife likes the chicken pho and I the brisket. Ive had the house phoalso. It is also good but I’m not a tripe fan .. The pho is a consistently good product..I’m sure the other fare is good too. . This is a cozy place and newly tastefully remodeled. Booths and tables are available.

I love Pho. The staff here is friendly, and welcoming. I will say that the actually Pho itself is alright, but it’s not exemplary. They need to offer a Pho Tai, though you can customize it to make something similar. I’m giving this review 3 stars mainly because of the food. The hoisin sauce is a bit salty, but that could be good for some. I haven’t tried any of the other dishes but I go to Vietnamese for Pho. My opinion is that this place is properly priced for Iowa (but not if you were in LA or SF). I would love to take to the owner for some more feedback.

Wonderful service! Our server was freindly, kind, and considerate. If this was not enough the food was incredible. Whoever the cook is knows what he is doing. I lived in Seattle for many years. I have had good and bad pho. This is top notch. Thank sweet baby Jesus for I LOVE PHO!

Truthfully, I have only eaten the House Special pho the handful of times I have visited, but I found it delicious enough to keep coming back and bringing my friends and family. Friendly, attentive, but not overbearing staff. The taro and mango Boba teas are also excellent, perfectly sweet and the tapioca is cooked just right. I love this place and I’ll keep coming back!

I ate the Ginger Chicken and it was delicious! My friends all had the House Special Ramen and they have high reviews. The only downside is that I went into the bathroom and the floor was insanely sticky.
