First time, and it was simple but good. I ordered to go, and everything was packaged separately, which I loved. It allowed me to add what I wanted and trash what I didn’t want. Service was quick and easy. The cashier offered to help take the food out to my car. Wonderful employees.

Ordered 2 Banh Mi Sandwiches. 1 Pork and 1 Chicken. They used mayo instead of the paste that makes banh mi taste like BANH MI SANDWICH! A sandwich that cost $10 each is just disappointing. And when you pay with a card you are asked to choose the tip option on their handheld kiosk before you can process your payment. You’re expected to tip even if your order is to go.

I tried their pho noodles once before and thought it was ok so came back to order take outs. I arrived at 7: 25 pm but I was told they were closing so couldn’t take my orders. But their website says it closes at 8 pm that’s why I drove all the way there. Inconsistent service hours may not be appealing to customers. I won’t come here again.

1st time trying this and i had dry noodle. I requested them to take away the bean sprouts and when my order arrived… the bean sprouts were there… We also asked for an extra plate but for some reason, i think the crew forgot to bring it… anyhow, the food we ordered was okay… but the vietnamese drip coffee was spectacular and indeed a must try!
