My parents stopped coming here for a variety of reasons. For example, they mentioned that they ordered the beef short rib, but it appeared that most of the meat was missing. I told them to give this restaurant another chance and ordered the beef short rib to see if I had a different experience… unfortunately not.

The food was absolutely terrible in every aspect. Sauce was a jelly like glob squeezed over barely warmed freezer burnt chick. The service was quite nice to be fair but the food was inedible at best for the 2 dishes I purchased.

The customer service was really good, I got the chicken teriyaki but I did find some hair in my food . It was kind of a weird atmosphere. It might’ve just been the time that I went. It was an hour before closing. There’s some weird dudes up in there. There are definitely better teriyaki spots in the area. I will just go there.

I have been going to eat here since I was a child, nearly 20 years now, and I have never left disappointed…. until now. This has always been my favorite teriyaki place, but on this one occasion I took my wife and son to grab a quick bite after an event. I ordered chicken and beef combo, son ordered chicken, and wife ordered chicken and katsu, with 3 sides of gyozas. To start, the portions were MUCH smaller than usual, with almost no teriyaki sauce on anything. My wife had a small piece of plastic in her chicken, and I had 2 pieces of plastic in my unusually small and sad looking portion of beef. It saddens me to say that because of this experience, I can no longer attest to the quality of their food, and will likely not go back again.

Definitely one of the better places I have been to. This is the beef and veggies spicy combination. Just needs more veggies and less cabbage. Also some seasoning would be nice, all you taste is sauce. Still not bad.

The service was quick and fast and they were friendly. But the food is quite the literal opposite. The rice is cold, and the bibimbap ratio is literally 90% rice to 10% topping. I wish I was exaggerating but for the price perhaps I shouldve set my expectations lower. Yet, for that same price you can get a fresh meal next door. Their sushi is the only redeemable thing of this place.

I should’ve known with all the bad reviews!!! Use to come here for years and no complaints. But again, I should’ve trusted my gut feeling ( literally) and avoided this place!! Food was TERRIBLE!! Almost inedible to be honest. Ordered the beef and chicken teriyaki (what can go wrong) and it was soooo salty, even the salad dressing sauce couldn’t help it. Pass! Pass! Pass!
