John and Cheryl Iachetti are bringing a new kind of restaurant to Glen Rock – one where the ingredients are always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and where you always feel right at home, no matter the occasion.

When the restaurant space that would become Iachetti’s Kitchen became available in the summer of 2018, John and Cheryl knew they had a great opportunity in front of them. They had had a chance to give all of Glen Rock and the surrounding area what they for so long had been serving up at home to friends and family – fresh, innovative meals with a little something for everyone.

And hey, if that meal happens to come with a few glasses of wine and lots of laughter, all the better.

We were a bit surprised to be the only guests on a Sunday dinner. Service was extremely kind and the atmosphere is nice. Food was good, but there’s room for improvement. Maybe we expected a bit more considering all of the positive comments.

We hosted a graduation party for my daughter and niece in early July 2023 for about 30 people including family family members with special needs. John allowed us to use the entire restaurant for our party which is very rare for a somewhat small gathering and made it comfortable for everyone. John was very accommodating in menu selection and fair on price. Service and food were excellent. Received lots of praise from family who attended. Will def have another party at Iachetti’s Kitchen.

WHAT A GEM! This place is amazing and now has become our go-to favorite restaurant. John and Donna are warm and friendly. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. We love the brick oven for their homemade pizzas and the great taste in music and décor. We highly recommend brunch but any meal is outstanding. We had the waffles, ricotta & lemon pancakes, smoked salmon platter, and margarita pizza. Also, we can’t say enough good things about the homemade zeppole, lemon cake, chocolate cake… everything was perfection! THANK YOU, JOHN and DONNA! My mom, Ethan, Francesca, and I will be back!

Thank you so much to John and our amazing waitress Annabella for helping us celebrate a family birthday. This restaurant is such a hidden gem place. We passed it so many times in over 20 years living here but could not imagine how beautiful it looks inside. Nice light music played in a background and wooden stove creates such an ethnic Italian ambience and relaxing atmosphere. Food and service was top notch. We will be back 🙂 and highly recommend you to our family and friends. Grazie mille.

I have to share a 5 star review of the food, atmosphere and service we received doing a recent family party. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, if you’re planning a party or even just going for dinner, this is the place to be. I’ve hosted tons of parties and have never been able to truly enjoy it because I was hosting. Our recent party, I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The owner, John went above and beyond to make sure I wasn’t stressed and knew they had it covered. I wish I had another party to plan because Iachetti’s would be who I would call. Thank you for making our special day wonderful!!

WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN!?!?! My bridal shower was at Iachetti’s Kitchen on 6/25 and it was truly the best decision we could’ve made! We had brunch & John put together a delicious menu that our guests are still RAVING about – from flatbreads, to pancakes to chicken and waffles it was all INCREDIBLE. Menu aside, John is an absolute pleasure & really goes far out of his way to make sure the day is perfect. He even noticed that I was busy talking & not really eating so he sent us home with more food. His staff is also wonderful & extremely attentive. The whole team really makes you feel comfortable & at home. It was the perfect setting for an intimate party and I will be thinking of any possible excuse to host another event there! If you are thinking about having a party there, DO IT!!!

I so wanted to like this place and went there for brunch today but was really disappointed. Based on the reviews, I thought this would be an amazing place. Our server was nice and pleasant but she was the only one running around and the food took a long time to come, even though, there was just one more table occupied besides us.

What an amazing experience. We had Jenna as a waitress. She was so friendly and accommodating. The owner John came and chatted with us. So comfortable and inviting here. The chef Sal wowed us with his amazing Sole fish and Bolognese sauce. We will definitely be back to try other dishes that we loved on the menu.
