My family and I love Ian’s but this time around we were a bit disappointed. I picked up food for my son-in-laws birthday because it’s his favorite. I got the food home to find the breadsticks were all burnt. The two slices and one of the whole pizzas had a very burnt bottom.

THE FOOD WAS SO BURNT! I’ve ate at two different locations and this one has been the WORST, parking took about 10 minutes just to find a spot and had to dig around the car to find quarters, there are so many one way streets it’s not funny.
