Last night, we had the opportunity to visit this restaurant for the first time. If you have previous experience with hot pot, the process is quite straightforward. The order sheet was provided on our table, allowing us to make our selections. Both the broth and the food arrived shortly after we placed our order. The sliced beef and crab stood out as particularly fresh and delicious. Although it appeared that they might have been understaffed last night, our waitress did an admirable job. She was friendly and promptly attended to our requests. All in all, it was a fantastic experience and an enjoyable dinner for us.

My first time at a Hot Pot restaurant. Choices of broths, foods and sauces / condiments were a little overwhelming. Fortunately, the couple we went with were regulars. Broths and sauces are garlicky. Food offerings were good. Service was OK. Atmosphere was cafeteria like. It’s more about the experience.

This is my 3rd visit before writing this review. Facility is clean. The servers are nice and friendly. The service is prompt. The broth is tasty. In terms of spiciness, it’s the real Asian spiciness if you know what I mean. I love the mushroom broth. The food selection is great and they are fresh. Plenty to choose from the selection.

Probably the better hot pot buffet around Boston. Shabu sucks since there is no unlimited meats, while hotpot buffet does not have as much variety in sauces. Broths are very flavorful with decent quality meats. Definitely a must try if you want hotpot buffet with unlimited meats.

Love this place! A lil expensive, $89 for 2 people, but good food and all you can eat! Only negative was this time we went early and the only 2 waitstaff there were in the back on their phones and we stood there for a good almost 10 mins before they saw us and came over. But still a great place!

A little jam is hidden in the city of Malden. The staff is friendly, and the service is super fast. The list from the hot pot is conveniently placed in a little cup with a pen on each table ( not having to ask for it was a super plus in my opinion). With an extensive list of veggies, meats, seafood, soup bases, and noodles, and to make this deal sweeter they also have a condiment bar. I know it’s hard to believe a place like this exists, but it does. To top it off, super clean inside, family and kid-friendly. I will be coming here again for sure.

Had a company outing, got 3 tables, had hot pot. Food is amazing, plenty of choices from meats, vegetables and broth. Food is high quality, staff are welcoming and delivery of food was very fast. Overall would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to try hot pot or who’s had it and want a 10/10 meal for reasonable prices

Pretty good if compared to other all you can eat hotpot restaurants. $35 if you only go for hotpot, $46 if you want sushi as well. Avoid shrimp paste because it tasted weird. Also, sushi might be very slow to prepare so keep that in mind if you are there on weekends.
