I ordered the rodeo burger with everything on it. To my dismay, after I had driven away and gotten onto the highway, I noticed on my burger that it was missing a few things. Missing the onion ring, tomatoe, mayo, lettuce, and mustard. It was a burger patty that tasted very mediocre a couple of pickle slices and hard bacon. I was very disappointed and upset as I spent $16 on a burger that didn’t taste any better than a fast food chain restaurant because it was missing all the other things that were supposed to make it great. I guess I’ll stick to the Iceberg in Draper from now on. On a happier note, the shake and fries were pretty tasty. The fries were a little too salty for my liking, but I still enjoyed eating them with some good fry sauce.

I got to enjoy 3 wonderfully fun ladies this afternoon! I was greeted with a friendly smile. I told them it was my birthday and asked her what I should order. Another lady stepped out and said, “Order one of everything!” We bantered a little, the order was placed, and my meal came.

I came in tonight for a nice family dinner which Food was amazing but I did not care for the obscene gestures coming out from the kitchen specifically from the cook waring the hat. So uncalled for and very immature. I’m a business owner myself and would not put up with this behavior at work. Thanks for great food and the cashier was awesome!

Came in on Pioneer Day for shakes. There were many employees and only one girl I could see actually working. Employees were messing around, not helping, being unprofessional, touching their faces, and eating and drinking behind the counter and in food prep areas. No one had their hair properly back either. Some buddies of the girl at the counter came in after us, ordered food and icecream and got their order before ours (we only got three icecreams). The girl also just gave them a can of whipped topping which they proceeded to put their mouth on. Once we finally got our order one of our shakes wasn’t mixed. All the cone coating was a big block at the bottom, but didn’t notice until later. This place desperately needs some professional management. Replace the immature kids who do nothing and cross train those worth employing. I ran another local burger fry and shake place here in Santaquin more efficiently with only four employees. The trick is you actually have to work and work together. During our visit it wasn’t even very busy. Should have been easy enough to get the orders made and out in a reasonable time. My family loves Iceburg so it’s very disappointing the one closest to us gives us a poor experience every time we give it a chance. Recently visited the Pleasant Grove location and it was leagues better. Their nuts also seem to be better quality or at least stored properly so they taste good. I don’t think we’ll be spending anymore money at this Santaquin location for a long time. Implement some changes or your business isn’t going to last. Also would like to point out it costs more to have too many minimum wage employees doing nothing on the clock than a few great employees being paid more. Quality not quantity.

We have gone to this location several times and always have the same experience. The drive through line is insane. Typically 2 cars in front of us and waiting 20-30 minutes. We enjoy the food most of the time, but definitely not worth waiting SO incredibly long.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this was bad. Just ordered 3 shakes. The place wasn’t busy. Just two tables that already had their food. It took over 20 minutes to get our shakes. A girl walked in after we had waited 15 minutes and ordered a shake and got hers a couple minutes before we got our shakes. So I walked up and asked if ours were coming and they said oh yes, we did hers fast cause she works here it’s just her day off. Make that make sense that they serve their employees fast but not their customers. ♀️ The shakes had zero flavor. Tasted just like vanilla shakes. So I asked about it and the employee said yeah all the flavoring will be in the very bottom because we add the ice cream on top. They weren’t mixed in at all.
