I don’t normally eat teriyaki so I don’t know many other locations. However, this was a great location nice staff and clean environment. The food was served hot and tasted great. They have hot soup there too for people who are into that.

Picking up to go order, they got both my wife and my order wrong. The spicey pork teriyaki was barely cooked, grey in color, 50% non edible fat with no taste of teriyaki or spice. The chicken was dry and the only teriyaki flavor was the sauce you poured on. Worst than buffet yet $45 in cost!!??

The food tasted burnt, like they didn’t clean the grill burnt. I ordered through Uber Eats. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but my food was crammed into a plastic bag. The simple instruction for the order wasn’t followed. No napkins, no utensils. Over $40 and no fork? I’ll just stick to Soy Grill when I’m craving teriyaki.

Came for the first time this evening, the girls at the counter were extremely friendly & nice.. I ordered the Chicken/Beef combination with white rice, and salad.. I also added on a side order of Fried Shrimp, I was excited as everything looked amazing coming out to the waiting tables, the to go orders were flying out the door, I live off of 152nd Place & Main St.. Literally maybe 5 minutes at that away from home, the combination was AMAZING, but the fried shrimp were WAAAAAYYYYY OVERCOOKED, the shrimp were like rubber, the breading was so hard I felt like I was gonna break a tooth. They were AWFUL!!! I was a little taken a back as I came in prior to several people coming in and ordering, and I ordered 2 things, that took over 20 minutes, but people came in 10 minutes after I already ordered, and they got there food first?? Doesn’t make sense to me, I even asked the girl, has my #3 to go been called yet, she goes no they’re still working on it. I’m not sure if i’d come back yet, if I do, I will call my order in ahead, the wait is excessive for 2 items, and DO NOT GET THE FRIED SHRIMP (HARD AS A ROCK) AWFUL, and for $6.95, they’re NOT Jumbo, nor are they worth that price… Oh, ans the salad doesn’t come with ANY DRESSING WHATSOEVER??? WEIRD TO ME, they should just say it comes with plain lettuce/store bought salad mix w/o dressing… WHAT A JOKE!!!

It can be a little lousy with the chicken flavor. I love the complementary soup for dine in but their soda machine was out of service and they had no water options in drinks at all. I can’t drink carbonated drinks and I think ice water is bare minimum if I’m going to eat out somewhere.
