I gave a 5 star rating not necessarily because it’s the absolutely best sushi/sashimi I’ve had (it’s very, very good) but because it offers all you can eat for a reasonable price of about $31. Except for an excellent place in Port Orange, FL and some exceptional places in CA and HI, it ranks near the top of my list in flavor and presentation. The seafood is very fresh and, for Japanese cuisine, that’s about 90% of the flavor rating. I started with the seaweed salad, which was tasty and a little more tangy than usual but, as such, seemed brighter and fresher than others. Still had good toasted sesame flavor, too. I then ordered the rainbow roll (highly recommended), salmon and octopus sashimi, the fire roll (tasty and fun with great presentation), and a simple salmon roll. My wife found plenty of items she liked. Not a fancy place so don’t expect great atmosphere, however, after a day of fly fishing, we didn’t need fancy, just convenience and good food. Service was friendly and just a bit slow due to a heavy take-out business but was good compared to other sushi restaurants. We will certainly return whenever we’re in the Rochester, MN area.

This place has been my favorite sushi spot since i was introduced to it 10ish years ago. The owner has always remembered me, and I’ve always gotten exceptional service. Super fresh, big menu, absolutely wonderful. Just had the Beef teriyaki Bento Box for lunch, and my gosh!!! The most perfect lunch combo ever! And I can’t recommend the deep fried bananas more!

WOW! What a find! Don’t miss out on this place. Cozy and comfortable seating, clean & tidy, super friendly and accommodating staff. And an absolutely amazing All-You-Eat sushi lunch!! The price is perfect and if you don’t leave satisfied, it’s your own fault. The selection is plentiful and delicious. I will definitely be back.

Quality food and amazing staff! Have been coming here for almost 8-10 years and they truly never disappoint. The Phoenix roll is my favorite, but anything you get is amazing! (Spicy twin pictured here with shrimp tempura roll). My family has always loved coming here!! Highly recommend.

This is our FAVORITE sushi restaurant. We went there last week for all you can eat. It was full when we sat down and cleared out quickly. We arrived around 7:05 ( table of 5) We got the seaweed salad and sashimi about 730 ( it took 25 min) We sat there until 8 : 20 and STILL didn’t get a single roll that we ordered when she brought the salads. They made a ton of excuses and never took responsibility. The managers were out of town in Japan. Someone else came and talked to us. It took the 20 min to discuss above issue amongst themselves. They were in the process of bringing out our first round in a to go box- then took it back, made us pay for our drinks and did not accommodate or discount anything. I don’t care how busy you are- you communicate with your customers. If that does not work, you should make the situation right. I haven’t ever been treated this way as a customer.

I’m on a low carb high protein diet. My family loves sushi. I’ve never tried sashimi (raw fish only). But I tried the tuna yellow tail, and smoked salmon (about 2 ounces of each). It was fantastic! It was served on just the right amount of daikon radish shavings. It worked perfectly with my diet! I was very happy to find something healthy, appetizing and filling!
