So we just ordered sushi to go. We saw the reviews saying it’s worth the wait. We ordered 5 rolls and 2 salads. They said 30 min, and they’d call us. My husband went up there and waited over an hour and turns out they had the order wrong. So they fix the order and my husband comes home w the food. We have 4 rolls and 2 salads, 3 of the rolls we ordered and 1 we didn’t. Mind you the restaurant was busy and the manager was walking around being annoyed so it was a pickup and go situation. So we call and tell them we received 1 roll we didn’t order and we r missing 2 we did, and they’re the expensive ones, the lobster and something else. The lady said she’ll call back. Calls back and say we can’t make tour rolls, but we can offer store credit. We said u can refund it back to our card, they said no we could get store credit for the rolls we already paid for that they reused to make and correct the issue. We just spent over $100 for my birthday dinner which is tonight. And this place deserves 1 star from me and my husband. What a horrible way to be to people who were so looking forward to this meal… Never again from us, that’s for sure. The manager should be ashamed.

We came in for a nice birthday dinner. The tempura was crunchy, the eel was savory and rich, and the crab was buttery. We sat in a booth, but we could see the hibachi experience from where we were, which was really cool. Definitely ask for some of their homemade hot sauce.

Service was excellent, the only reason they got 4 stars was preference/opinion. We like the sweeter ginger dressing on the salad and it was not sweet. It was salty & tasted of horseradish. The soup had lots of mushrooms, chives, & egg but little flavor. Lastly there were no carrots or broccoli w the veggies. It was zucchini onion, mushrooms, & beansprouts. The sushi was excellent and the flavors for Hibachi were great. No complaints!!

We came out to celebrate a birthday here and there were roaches crawling on their table. I have never experienced anything like that EVER while eating out. For the roaches to come out in the light , while they were cooking hibachi …they definitely have an infestation. We seen not 1, not 2 but 3 roaches. Please do not eat here , smh

The hibachi cheff/manager/owner was very friendly and he made the hibachi experience fun, he cooked right at our table and was full of jokes, very entertaining, my fiancé loved his hibachi steak and scallops it was very worth the money. I got the volacano roll sushi and it was also incredible, the sushi chef is good at his job. The staff are great people. The soup and a salad were also good as well. 10/10 definitely will go again soon. It’s a great place for a small party I think. Thanks Ichiban for everything.

We love Ichiban, we would fine there quite frequently well last night will be the last. I found a cockroach in my soup last night, we picked up and left. When we told the waitress about it all she said was that she was sorry, didn’t offer to get the manager didn’t offer to comp just our drinks we got. Very disappointed with it as I said we loved them but that will definitely be our last trip there
