Friendly attentive staff. Our hibachi chef was very personable. Food was excellent. They serve fried rice and noodles which results in a large plate of food. Medium sized relative to other Japanese hibachi restaurants I’ve been to. Love the atmosphere and decor. (to include the bathroom). The “Mount Midori for Two” flaming drink was awesome, a tropical drink with rum.

They obviously don’t know what “sashimi” means.. quality is poor and they will argue thinking they know better than the customer. Would you pay 30 bucks for this? I returned it as soon as I saw that fish blood.

The “Head chef” made our lunch today and something was very wrong with the rice. I think he over did the oil which is why it tasted so bad and looked very light in color. The woman who is the manager acknowledged that she has seen us eat there many times and still treated us as if we made the whole thing up, despite never complaining before. She blamed us for not saying anything sooner, we told the server the first time we were asked how it tasted. We didn’t eat our meal and she charged us full price. My husband complained and she took off $2.00. I have seen this woman scream at her staff from across the restaurant for not standing at the front many times. For a restaurant that isn’t very busy you would think she would be nice to repeat customers. We won’t be back.

Good food and the waitress was great. The seating really needs improvement, they sat us by the kitchen and the chefs had to get in and out so I was constantly getting my knees into the table as they pushed by. The chef could have been a little better, barely spoke. All in all it was good though I think we’d go back and just make sure we were not sat at the same table.

Food, host and hibachi cook were great. The waiter, however, would not stop calling me sweetheart and then called me an alcoholic for not making a face when I drank sake? He said he himself is an alcoholic, though I’m not sure why that was my business. What an odd thing to say to someone you’re serving, with their parents on mothers day. I’m not a big sake person but don’t mind the taste while at a place like this. All other employees were nice and accommodating.

Let me start by saying i will never be back to this location again. I can definitely say the cooks were extremely apologetic and Kind and the only reason i gave the review 2 stars. I can’t say the same for the guy that supposedly “triples checks” his packing work. I came back (from home) because he forgot some of my food and he immediately had an attitude when i stayed i had my receipt. He proceeded to brush me off and call me a liar and “it didn’t matter anyways”. I feel like a paying customer should never be talked to in that way. The manager was kind and apologetic but I’m not sure how the waiter still has a job. Thank you to the chefs that made my dinner with no problem, & apologized repeatedly for his utter disrespect & and lack of customer service skills.
