This place has outstanding service and the food is delicious. We both had the Ichiban Ramen, one spicy and one not. They came out quick and tasted amazing. If this was closer to us we’d be weekly regulars! Best we’ve had in East Texas!

Food was great! There was 8 of us eating. Service was amazing! Food came out hot, drinks stayed filled. Everyone’s food was delicious. My only complaint was music was loud, but had great variety! Will definitely eat here regularly.

We had SUCH a great experience our first visit at Ichiban Ramen! The veggie spring rolls were so crispy, hot, and fresh. The dipping sauce was a perfect compliment, but I could resist dipping them in my spicy curry ramen broth too. The ramen was gorgeous and tasted even better. A good spice level and sooo filling. The beef short ribs were also stellar. the kimchi was so fresh and crisp! Everything was just beautifully presented and had sooo much taste to back it up. Service was impeccable, friendly happy staff, vibrant atmosphere, there’s literally nothing I don’t love about this place.

Went here for the first time and I’m glad I did. The broth of the ramen was chef’s kiss, it was soo good. Great environment, had Naruto throughout the store. The Japanese soda was good was struggling how to open it. The server was really nice and attentive.

I am late to the review party: but I was stoked to be the first dine-in customer on soft opening day #1! I had a great experience overall. I ordered the Vegetable Ramen (the number 7) with an added egg. It took several minutes for the egg to be finished after the ramen, but it was no trouble since it was the soft opening at the time. The ramen was delicious! My favorite part about the bowl was the flavorful miso broth and variety of mushrooms included. I also ordered an iced green tea to drink, and it tasted perfectly steeped and fresh!

The eggs in the ramen bowls were delicious. Staff was polite. If you’re on the larger side, I advise asking for a chair instead of one of the booths lining the walls/ windows (very uncomfortable and are bolted down). Recommend trying the honeydew bobba tea if you like the fruit. It’s refreshing and almost like a dessert. Good music, but a little too pricey for the food as a whole.

Service is amazing fast and friendly. Ichiban Ramen is five star. Spicy curry Ramen also five star. I don’t know where they came from but I’m glad they are here. We will be back very soon maybe tomorrow.
