Food is good. My only gripe is they would like a tip for takeout if you order from them on occasion. If you don’t, your serving sizes are small the next time you order. This is unfortunate as the food has continued to go up in price since I started coming here a few years ago.

Warning ⚠️ not impressed. Disappointed. 1st, it is actually soggy katsu. It doesn’t seem to be freshly fried, it tastes more like microwave food. 2nd the sauce should never be laced on the chicken, it should a side sauce. 3rd the chicken itself doesn’t taste fresh from the broiler…. would not recommend getting the chicken katsu from here!

This local family business can’t be beat for low key atmosphere, delicious food made fast and fresh at a great price. Bottomless hot jasmine tea and spicy chicken teriyaki for the win!

Alright, so if average Seattle area teriyaki is a 4, they’re a 3. They’re just a little off the mark. Chicken is okay. Rice, a little mealy. They do have a tofu teriyaki for a vegetarian. And when I respect them serving a whole block of tofu, they cut it into 4 pieces. And it didn’t really hold the breading.

I would visit again for the Teriyaki and chicken Katsu but not the Yakisoba noodles. Good location and easy to find with parking out front. Also a decent selection of food options, kind and sweet service but the interior of the place needs an upgrade/clean. Solid 4 stars.

Man and woman at front deck taking orders were very very rude – restaurant in general looks like they are hoarders, filthy/sticky tables and chairs – food was under cooked – save yourself the trip – hassle and go to a different restaurant.

Really fresh nicely cooked chicken breast. It was cooked to order and was nummy. I was happily surprised because this is just a local joint in the strip mall across from Kenmore Library.

the best teriyaki, if you want to try it, come here necessarily, large portions, the beef is served on the skewer, as bbq, the taste is like steak, tender and sweet. service polite and affable, I’ll visit them again.
