Worst place ever. I called ahead of time to check on the price, I check on the Pure karaoke and they are $39 per hour. And then I caught ichi box and they say it’s $40 an hour. Ichibox is much closer so I think one dollar is fine even though I have 20% of pure karaoke (I didn’t count that). A group of five arrived, and then they told me they charge at 18% service fee and then there is tax. If that is situation, they should let us know while I was making a phone call, not when we are here. Will never ever come back. Nobody take the accountability

Service is awful. Owners are rude and poorly educated without any respect to customers. They would deny any negative feedback regarding the dirty food and would cancel your reservation at last minute. Strongly suggest not coming to this place.
