Fresh, authentic ramen with fresh ingredients – delicious! It looks like fast food from the outside and the food is fast to arrive and served up by friendly staff. However the front of the restaurant is a facade hiding a quiet, elegant dining area of natural-looking materials – wood, stone and brick. And the food is served in ceramic bowls with ceramic cups for your green tea and you are given ceramic chopsticks to eat with. Strongly recommend.

Great ramen restaurant find for me. Had the kimchi ramen which had the right amount of spice and heat. The food came out fast and hot. The staff was friendly and attentive. I would also recommend the rib appetizer.

We recently discovered this tiny gem in Eagan. I am writing this review after our fourth visit. Every visit has been delicious. We have sampled many items all across the menu. (The menu makes everything easier, as almost everything has a picture!) Every appetizer we’ve tried has been outstanding. Particular stand outs are the pork and fried chicken buns. We marvel that the bun bread is as soft and smooth as a marshmallow! Another favorite is the crab jalapeño appetizer, which is a fun take on jalapeño poppers.

Excellent little ramen shop with a very creative offering of ramen besides the traditional. There’s a red curry ramen. A dan dan ramen. Few other specialty ramen and they do offer the standard ramen as well. There also some buns on the appetizer menu. The salted cucumber was very delicious. I ordered the spicy miso ramen. The flavor of the broth had a lot of depth of flavor and the spice was there but not overwhelming. The ramen noodles itself was superbly al dente. Food came out quickly and the service was excellent.

The server was very rude and was not answering the questions which we were asking her. We visited the restaurant on memorial day, and it seemed that the server wasn’t interested in attending the customers. Very dissatisfied with the custom service. Overall the food was very good.

I ordered a veggie dish and my husband ordered meat. Both tasted good and the quantity was good as well for 1 meal. For the veggie dish I will ask for a little bit spicy as it came out to be bland. Service was quick and was very clean. Kinda cozy as well.

This place is amazing! It’s kinda small inside but they are fast and have very great service, not to mention the best ramen in town. My ultimate fave is the beef ramen or crispy chicken ramen, which you can get as spicy (or not) as you want. My kids now love it too, with so many delicious options for everyone!

Takoyaki was loaded with squid they do not skimp out. The Char siu ramen was amazing. The pork was cooked to perfection and the noodles were firm and creamy. I had some boba as well. It was not sweet enough for me but they easily fixed that by adding some more sugar for me. Very nice staff here. Highly recommend the place.
