This place is phenomenal! I attend a convocation at the hotel nearby once a year and I am always blown away by this restaurant. The service from the moment you walk in is too notch. The sushi…oh wow the sushi is spectacular. Any of the specialty rolls is great and the nigiri/sashimi is put together with the utmost precision. As you can tell, I highly recommend this place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Ichiro. An upscale, elegant sushi restaurant in Georgetown? Yes, please. The cocktails were surprisingly well made. Loved the Lavender fields. Service was attentive and welcoming. The spying ninja roll was expertly prepared and so delicious. We also enjoyed a number of appetizers and the xiao long bao was excellent. A little pricey but that’s to be expected. We’ll definitely be back.

Our server Justin did a great job, he was very; attentive, well spoken, professional and provided valuable opinions on appetizers, drinks and entrees. He did not lead us astray.

We had appetizers and drinks. Drinks were good, not spectacular but solid. The imperial avocado app was super yummy! The honey shrimp was a solid dish that didn’t disappoint. Our waiter was fabulous! He made great suggestions and checked on us regularly. The ambiance was great, a little upscale but not stuffy. I will definitely return!

Absolutely delicious Asian inspired fine dining! Delicious fare from Japanese, Chinese, Korean culture and more! A live jazz band provided wonderful atmosphere, while the presentation of everything (including the old fashioned cocktail they smoke right in front of you) was absolutely stellar. Their lobster bomb sushi roll is fantastic, as well as every other dish we tried there!

A friend told me this is their 2nd favorite restaurant in town and put it *above* Uchi and Uchiko, so my expectations were off-the-charts high. And I was sorely disappointed. The food was decent, but much of it lacked flavor and it did not come close to living up to the price point, nor the atmosphere, which is lovely.
