Service was low key but great. Wasn’t busy at all and server/bartender was very attentive. Food was good bar type food. We got the French dip and the nachos. Nachos were great but came with olives which was a little weird. French dip was good and did its job. Recommend if you need somewhere solid to stop in the area.

Awesome place for great food & video poker! We love coming here day or evening and they have outstanding food at excellent prices! The atmosphere is friendly, inviting & relaxing with great customer service no matter who you talk too! We love living nearby and we come in a few times a week which you can’t go wrong with the quality of food on top of the great prices. We can’t think of a better place to have close by!

So I just picked up my Togo order and I was very excited to bring it home. The menu prices online don’t match what I paid, might need to be updated. I ordered an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and a tuna melt on sourdough bread with a side salad with ranch. The mozzarella sticks were $8 for 5 as soon as I opened the container the smell of burnt fried food came out. The marinara sauce was solid. The tuna melt was alright and I did get my ranch for my side salad. I paid $21.50 would I pay that again no would I come back idk. It was not worth what I paid for. I would give this place a 5/10 for the food quality.

Second visit in a few months and it was just as good. The burger looked hand formed and juicy, my friend said it was fantastic and one of the best burgers she had in a long time. The onion rings were flavourful and surprisingly not too greasy for being fried. My coconut crusted shrimp was the perfect amount and tasty for a small meal. Biggest thing is that they keep beer glasses cold. Despite their beer is super cold anyway, add in a very cold glass and that perfect “Ahhhhh” moment happens after first drink.

Lord have mercy. If I could give more stars I would. It’s a nice, quiet spot with good music and even better drinks. Good beer on tap and great liquor selection. The food is even better. Mac and cheese seems like a simple dish, but after trying the Cajun Mac and cheese I’ve been left with a deep desire to fill my gullet with more. I’m only in town for a short time but this is my spot for as long as it can be

Complete, all-around total package of great tasting comfort foods plus a few rare treasure menu & drink items. A great indoor and outdoor seating layout, sure to please even the most discriminate patron. But honestly, to classify Ickabods dining delights as merely a selection of “bar food” would not only be a significant disservice to the establishment itself, but even more so to anyone quick to entertain the thought that this establishment is anything equal or less than your average run of the mill Bar & Grill.
