We were excited to try this place for the first time, however our experience was not as we had hoped. One of our sandwiches was burnt so asked for it to be re-made, which it was and the new sandwich was much better. Another sandwich was served with cold cheese and so it was put to rest on the car dashboard in the sun to melt. Another sandwich was not not made at all and when we inquired, we were informed that there were no more croissants and so the order was essentially forgotten. A refund was offered, however it could not be issued until a manager arrived so we asked that the sandwich be made with a bagel instead. The new sandwich was made with sourdough bread *sigh*. The last item ordered was a Tuti Fruti Belgian Waffle with a request for strawberries and bananas as well as a scoop of their “Heap of Love” ice cream. This order was also made incorrectly with blueberries instead of the requested fresh fruit *double sigh*. Needless to say, this will be our last visit to this cafe.

Been going here for years. They keep expanding & keep getting better. Great little local gem. Tons of local products, wide variety of coffee, drink, snack & ice cream options. Gluten free options available. Will work with you regarding allergy needs. Owners are great people. Plenty of parking available. Handicap accesible. They also have a drive-thru. They do take Apple Pay. Space for children to play. Clean & accesible bathrooms. Fair prices. Definitely worth visiting. They have a Mt Horeb location & will have a West Side location by the end of the summer. Worth the drive no matter where you’re coming from.

Very mixed reviews about Icki Sticki in Verona. We love going for ice cream and have always had great service in the evening when doing so. However, the times we have gone in for waffles, the service is terrible. This most recent time was the worst Icki Sticki experience my family has ever had.

Great place. Staff are friendly. Flavors are phenomenal. Prices are amazing. The shaved ices are huge and they have like 20 flavors. I definitely recommend the condensed milk on the shaved ice. It sounds weird but adds a wonderful touch. The ice cream is chocolate shoppe and also has about 25 flavors. They also have coffee smoothies lattes expressos and waffles! Definitely worth checking out!!!
