I hadn’t been to this restaurant in years. My siblings and I decided to meet there for happy hour. Our server Hiram was awesome. We all enjoyed our drinks. The pink diamond was yummy. The bomb pop was good. The iggy margarita (happy hour special) was good. I had the peach flavored one. It didn’t seem to have much liquor in it. My only suggestion would be for them to increase the number of happy hour items.

I can’t believe it took so long for us to try this restaurant. It’s like 5 minutes from our house. If you’re in the mood for tex-mex then I would definitely recommend this place. My go to is the combo enchiladas in tomatillo sauce, served with cilantro rice and charro beans. My other recommendation is the fajitas, they have home made flour tortillas. Every time we been here the service has been great. The manager comes around asking how the food is. The food comes out pretty quick, and it’s always hot and freshly made. We never had a problem here. This is one of me and my wives favorite date night spot. Wish we would have started going here sooner. If you want Tex-mex then this is the spot!

As far as Tex-Mex goes, this is one of the better places I’ve been. The chicken enchiladas with tomatillo Verde sauce is the best I’ve had at a restaurant. The chicken was well seasoned and the sauce wasn’t too tangy or sweet. The Mexican rice was not good, in my opinion, but the cilantro rice was decent and had a little kick to it. The borracho beans were very flavorful! They were delicious. My husband got the diablo combo with chicken and shrimp and he said it was cooked and seasoned well. The shrimp were big and the butter sauce just made them even better. My son ordered the Rodriguez dinner and he really enjoyed it. We also had the Cadillac margaritas but they were not that good. I ordered mine on the rocks and it was pretty warm for a margarita… Definitely don’t suggest getting those. Overall I’d definitely come back for the chicken enchiladas verdes and borracho beans!

Diana was our waitress and did an amazing job explaining the popular menu items. She notified us what would cost extra regarding substitutions. The drinks kept getting refilled and food was promptly served hot and fresh. Would definitely come back again. Restroom was dirty.

Jose’ Quervo would love this place. This is a chain restaurant that I’m slowly falling in love with. I normally stick to stuffed avacado or beef fajitas. The are good but run of the mill average. Ok tonight my ranking of this place just went up a notch. I ordered the tropical salad with roasted chicken. It had mandarin oranges and strawberries!!! Yes fresh sliced strawberries in the salad. It had more chicken on it than my date’s fajita. It was delicious! The wait staff was outstanding! I enjoyed Jose’s margarita too.

Met up my girl and her family here. First time and I do have to say, the food is delicious. The stuffed avocado is fire . But I’ll come back just for the chips and salsa alone. And the numerous flavors of margaritas.. wow. I tried the Mexican flag margarita did not disappoint. Yep, definitely will be back.
