HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – I believe it’s my duty to warn other people about a place that has horrible customer service and horrible food. We had been going here for about a year and 3 months ago we noticed that there was a huge staff turnover and the food quality went way down. We ordered our food for pick up and was told 30 minutes. We showed up 30 minutes later and was surprised to see that it was not busy at all for a Saturday night. The girl at the register was too busy on a personal phone call to help us when we walked in. We stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. We said we were there to pick up our order. She fumbled around for another 10 minutes before she found our order tag. We paid for our food and she said she would go get it from the kitchen. The phone rang and she decided to answer the phone instead of getting our order. She spent another 10 minutes on the phone. Meanwhile our food was now 30 minutes past the time it was suppose to be ready. She took her time and when I mentioned to her if we could get our food she just gave me a blank stare and decided to help another customer pay for our order. I asked another employee if they could get our order and that guy blew us off. We stood there for another 12 minutes waiting. I finally was so upset I said to another employee if they could please get our food. Finally some 44 minutes later our food was brought out. We took it home and it was cold and not even edible. I heard other customer complaining about the service while we were waiting for our food. I would recommend finding another place to eat this place has gone down hill quickly.

I’m still sitting here as I write this review. Not impressed at at and haven’t even received our food yet. Chips and salsa only. No water, not even asked what we wanted to drink until after we ordered.

The food is good, but often inconsistent. One day it’s great, the next it’s Just Not. Some plates are covered in Tin Foil?? What’s up with that?? You order the same thing every time but get something sorta different each time I go. The servers often disappear for great lengths of times, annoying. But the Drinks, oh the Drinks!! You will Not, Not find a Better Margareta anywhere. Frozen or on the Rocks!! Always Fresh Ingredients and Real Fruit! Tons of Flavors! You gotta have 1 Here!!

This was our first visit. Our neighbors have talked about it several times and we decided to try it out. Tuesdays are “senior” night for anyone 55 and older. What a great deal! We had the fajitas for 1/2 the regular price. The food, service, and atmosphere were great. We are already talking about going back again. P.S. We arrived just after 4:30 and found front door parking and were seated without any wait. When we left around 5:30, there was a line to get seated and the lot was full of cars.

We know a Friday night can be busy so we went early, as it filled up quickly not including the take out. Worth whatever wait there could have been. What a pleasant experience, our server was attentive and the meal was unexpected. The portions were nice and hot! A new found favorite.

Took forever to place our drink order, then took about 20 min from then to actually receive our drinks, which were not good. I didn’t know margaritas were made with orange juice and served with chunks of oranges… At the 45 min mark we finally placed our food order. People who were seated after us received their food before us. Food was not hot and fresh, probably sat under heat lights for a bit before being served. For example, I ordered fajitas. They were not sizzling as I would have expected. Guacamole was runny. Waitress came to check on us but walked away before we could answer.
