These guys really need to work on educating the staff and actually staffing the place. It was extremely understaffed management should be ashamed. This is by far the worst IHOP I’ve ever been to you guys really need to get your stuff together. Multiple patrons frustrated not receiving simple things like silverware side orders and condiments multiple trips to get drinks that were forgotten with very long waits in between it’s a complete mess!

I wish I could rate based on our meal but you need to be waited on for that to happen. We were seated at this location this morning and waited almost 25 minutes before walking out. The waitstaff continuously walked by us, never greeted us, took our order or even offered drinks. I understand many places are short staffed and can be very busy, but this location was NOT busy while we were there (only a handful of tables occupied who already had food served). Had we been greeted and told there was a wait we would have been ok with that. We left and drove up the street to Water Street Cafe and was waited on within a minute of sitting down. Such a different experience.

The food was good and our waiter was great. The issue was poor management and staffing. Not enough employees to handle the crowd. No one there to take your name and provide wait times. So many people just walked out.

The experience was good , wait for food was reasonable and the food was very good. Went two days in a row. First night for the buffalo chicken melt and the second night got the steak and cheese stacker…both were very good.

I have had to walk out of the lobby TWICE this week. Stood around waiting for someone to take our names and give us a wait time. 20 min passed and not 1 employee made eye contact with the 3 parties wating by the front. With 3 kids in tow it makes for a very unpleasant ride to somewhere else, esp the toddler who screamed and screamed cuz they couldn’t understand why we never got a table or even an eye contact to be made aware of a wait time. So thanks for that.

Over 25 minutes to see someone…40 minutes to get our food and another 35 minutes to get the bill. 10 other tables and 5 staff. I’ve seen paint dry faster than this place works.
