We stopped by for “Breakfast for Dinner” on a weekday around 6pm. It was a GREAT experience!!! Our Server, named Jamin, was also acting as the maître-d and he was the nicest young man your ever going to meet. The place was busy, but quiet and clean and quick. The food was good and the prices are right. We recommend!

Frequent flyer here at East Providence IHOP. Brought mom and aunt along with husband for breakfast. This location is often busy and was today late morning (10:30ish). We waited at the door to be seated, as there were no Staff there? A few minutes later, someone appeared.

Amazing time in having brunch today. This location creates a great attendance of the venue, and yet the staff has such great service ongoing the wait times are cut to only 5 – 10 minutes. The food comes out fresh and hot. And the wait staff and kitchen runners are never idle. I even hot to chat with their amazing manager. Conveniently located moments from 146 and 295! Strongly recommend if you want a good breakfast, make the trip to Lincoln, you won’t regret it!

It’s as good as it looks. Country fried steak and gravy on a bed of hash browns, so flavorful. Pancakes are always good, hard to mess up. The French toast was the best french toast I’ve had in a while. Eating here again for sure!
