If I could give this location a zero I would. They serve old stuff heated in the microwave. I saw the cook put the pancakes into the microwave. The hash browns were so hard that I had to tell the server that I am sorry that they are not eatable. She had the cook make more. I would not go to this ihop ever again. This location should shut down. Plus they close at 4pm because they don’t have enough traffic. When we entered this location it took a few minutes for them to know that someone came in. It was empty and Hector who looked like the manager seemed like we disturbed his sleep. He told us that they are closing in a few. Not very welcoming at all. At the end The rewards point kept showing that the were used. Never ever come to this location. By the way they close by 4pm, Hector the General Manager should post the on the door and on google, not that I am recommending that any one go to this location at all.

Banger food, solid service, alright ambiance. Table wasn’t ready when we sat as there was a cleaned coffee pot from the day before I’d assume but it was swiftly dealt with. Waitress was kind, got my friend and I’s orders correct. Checked in with the table to make sure everything was good.

Tried the New breakfast crepes…it has eggs,hash browns,cheese, bacon inside and drizzled with cheese sauce.. hot coffee and orange juice. The table I was sitting lacked sugar, so I requested it…it never came. The waitress walked by me 3 times staring but obviously forgot sugar, so I got up and got it at a nearby booth. She had 1 person in her section… Me. Also a couple beside me, also in her section left and for 15 minutes the table wasn’t cleared. It was still cluttered as I left. I also told waitress I thought the lamps overhead needed to be cleaned. One lamp has the outlines of a dead bird in it…I was disgusted!

Place looks new.. Whatever they clean tables with leaves a sticky residue..The food was horrible . Toast was cold..French toast actually made me nauseous..Never got a refill on coffee… The very young staff looks like there trying just need better training and management

What happened to this place? Zero stars is not even an option . The service is terrible !!! I had to walk out since no one decided to even acknowledge us after terrible choice of seating to begin with. What is this world coming to! My suggestion to people who like and expect the service we got before gen z , either eat at a Michelin star restaurant or eat at home. Can’t even go to iHop no more. This restaurant is now on me and husbands banned list!!

Waitress was very nice but didn’t come for at least 25 minutes. While waiting the manager/supervisor woman got into very loud argument with a customer and kicked her out. I don’t know the details but I do know you never scream at a customer in front of other customers. She needs retraining. Food was good. There were 6 tables around us with leftover food that didn’t get cleaned up for over 20 minutes. This used to be a good location but has gone downhill. Sad.

Me favorite IHOP in the Tri-state area!! The wait is usually not that long. The waitress’s are usually very tentative to you. Unlike other IHOP’s that I’ve been too. My favorite is their Tres leches pancakes. And their Spicy omelette I can’t remember the name. But it’s delicious!!

Been to this location twice now, on a Sunday each time. No wait time, even though it’s been quite busy. Food comes out relatively fast (we’ve only ordered breakfast.) Food has been excellent. The Italian Cannoli pancakes are phenomenal. Definitely more like a dessert. Eggs, omelettes, bacon and hashbrowns were cooked to perfection as far as our preferences go. Service has been fine. Waitresses seem attentive and check in regularly to make sure all is well.
