Every single time I’ve come here the service has been extremely slow. Sometimes the food comes out fast. today we got seated down, and the waiter never came, and we watched other people getting served as well as a birthday party that took all of their employees to bring out a cake after 20 minutes of waiting and watching the servers just walk around service we decided to leave

Went for breakfast, the place smells like an old town cafe. No receptionist, just a few customers. We ordered and it took a while for the food to come. Service is very slow. The food was ok, chicken kind of dry and the omelet was really good. Of course pancakes outstanding. I’m not sure if I’ll come back though.

We had a party of six, and we were seated right away. Our server, Cristofe, greeted us immediately and took our drink order. The ice tea was very flavorful, which is always a plus for me. The kids enjoyed the activity sets. It took a while to get our food, but that’s to be expected on a busy Saturday morning. I enjoyed my blueberry pancakes. Everyone liked the crepes, waffles, hash browns, French toast, and bacon that they ordered. Cristofe was attentive and helpful. Too bad we live too far away to go every week!

typical ihop food but the eggs were undercooked. the waitress asked if everything was okay and i said “yeah i just noticed the eggs were undercooked but its fine” and she just walked away without saying anything. none of the staff seems to want to be here and are unhappy.

Took a while to get seated. Place was NOT busy, which surprised us. Service was slow. However my daughter’s salad was good. My fish platter was mostly breading. Best of all, the table and floor next to us was left dirty for most of our meal.

I have lived in prince william my whole life and have been in gainesville since 2014 and used to love this place. But the last couple visits have been poor experiences. They always seem to be understaffed and checkout system has troubles. Hardly anyone in there, yet it took forever to be seated. The food was good actually-thats the one thing that seems to still be solid here…however it took a LONG time to be seated, for the food to come out, and to pay the bill even though there were just a handfull of tables filled and multiple cooks i could see in the kitchen area…

My family and I really enjoy coming here to eat it is such a great environment and overall the food is delicious and the service is exquisite. The server was extremely nice and very observant if we needed anything I would recommend to anyone. I’ve never had a problem in this restaurant and o don’t think I ever will.

1st thing comes.1st things 1st. Nobody greet you at the door I had to walk into the back and get some one’s attention to help me then she incorrectly took my order? When I explained to her after driving all the way back that my order was incorrect she tried to defend it saying that’s know what part of all sausage She did not get but I told her I wanted my money back. I did not have another fifteen minutes to wait for my food… She then told me that the ticket was closed and that I would not get my money back.. I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager.. I said lovely. And that is why there was an a****** in sight in that whole location… I understand it’s late at night and there’s not very many people coming in-and-out? Maybe they need to put some kind of chime on the door so they know when someone comes in.. Either way I would suggest if they would like to stay in business that they have better employees… After I bought a meal that I could order online.. All I know is when I came here 2 weeks ago. It was one price and now it went from being like thirteen dollars for my meal to being twenty dollars 4 meal with no drink.. I don’t know if anyone else sees this but it’s absolutely ridiculous.. I hate to say it but I’m gonna have to say good bye. I hope I will not be back..
