So me and my buddy stopped in here to have a bite to eat. I have to say all IHOP are not the same. I’ve been to a few IHOPs in Brooklyn New York and they never offered me a choice of syrup they just brought the maple syrup and place it on the table. This place offered me warm maple syrup they also told me that they had sugar-free syrup. I had no idea so I chose to sugar-free syrup had I known this was available to IHOP I certainly would have asked for a long time ago and saved myself the calories and the sugar. I had the spinach and mushroom omelette which was absolutely delicious. The Omelette actually came out to the table hot unlike when I have it in Brooklyn. My buddies the sampler however the hash browns were cold so without a problem I’ll waitress took the plate back in brought out another plate within only a few minutes and everything on the plate was hot and tasty. We had no complaints whatsoever. I’ve never sat down at IHOP in Brooklyn and the pancakes were hot enough to melt the butter that they put on top when I got my plate the butter had already melted at least halfway. This is what I call serving it up fresh and hot. If I am ever in the area again I know where to go if I’m feeling for a nice hot meal. Thank you for a job well done IHOP of King George Virginia.

Went there around 9am…wasn’t super busy…the server wasn’t rude but she wasn’t friendly and didn’t seem very interested in being there. The food wasn’t cooked very well. Omlette was watery on the inside, the crepe was burnt on the outside and didn’t look appetizing at all and we asked for an additional creamer but was told they are only able to give one per customer. Never been told that at any other Ihop or any other eatery in general. Was underwhelmed. Given the many other eateries in that area probably will not go back.

Ate here while out of town. Food was yummy. Atmosphere was okay. Wasn’t too crowded. Service started out well but our server only appeared twice after we ordered. Once to bring the bill and then to bring a to go box. She was pretty young so maybe that can be chalked up to inexperience?

Was only 3 tables beeni g used. All other tables dirty. Fish was bad. It took us 45 to 60 minutes to get our food. Floor gad food all over the floor. Employees did not know what they was doing . Manager was clueless too. Need new employees and manager.what is the top wage for cook, server, manager. King george is a joke with these people. I would never come back. Maybe I need to take that manager job..

Our server Sabrina was amazing! Food was cooked perfect. My dad got a cheesesteak and I had a BLT with onion rings. We ordered some cheesecake pancakes to go along with a cheesesteak to go. We will be coming back for senior citizen discount day Wednesday 50% off.

This evening I had a wonderful experience with only two young teens working the entire floor! Hiring posters everywhere and Mark Snow our waiter kick some a$$! Handling ever customer that came in step by step with 8 tables to his name Doing absolutely everything right from customer service, bringing plates to customers, picking up plates on his way back and a pot of coffee in hand with receipts for another table! What an amazing young man! I hope management sees this and doesn’t take home for granted! Great job pal! Rosie Marie Kemmerer look out this guy is coming for your position!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the second time I have been here and both times the service was terrible. We came in this evening and was the only people in the restaurant. The waitress took our order quickly. After that about 5 tables were seated. Our food sat in the window getting cold while she waited on the other tables. My friend ordered a salad, that never came, and still our food sat there getting cold. We finally left without receiving our food. We were in there an hour. I will never be back and will tell everyone I know not to go there.

Extremely hot inside but the main problems was waiting over 45 minutes after placing are order to be told are order been canceled and had to waiting another 45 minutes for our food. Then being given shakes to make it up but being charged for them even when there is a discount of Buy one, get one free for shakes.
