First time here this particular location early on a Saturday morning our waitress was fast friendly and attentive but getting our food took forever and they weren’t that very busy our food was a very disappointment and let down for how much we paid as I really don’t frequent IHOP because I think it’s overpriced for what you get. Also ask for my bacon well done and I didn’t get that my pancakes that I got looks nothing like the pancakes on the menu and didn’t have some of the items on it like it was supposed too.

Came here last night with several friends about an hour and a half before they closed. We tend to be a little much and also kind of loud (I know, I’m sorry, I hate us too). GRACIE was our server and she put up with all of our shenanigans cheerfully and got us everything we wanted. The rest of the staff was very nice as well. I’m honestly just posting this review in the hopes that a manager sees it and gives her a gold star

The service was exceptional. Our waitress was friendly, helpful, and kept coming by to make sure everything was okay. The food was really delicious and plenty on the plate. The dining area was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, the restrooms were very clean…will definitely go there next time we travel!!

I visited your establishment on Mon. Aug. 14,2023 at approximately 2:00 in the afternoon. This was the Smokey Park location. There was a party of four. We come to your store at least 10x a month, therefore we are there quite frequently. We usually sit at the same table when we come. Also, we usually order the same same thing. Our order is the Split Decision which we usually split between us. The menu this month includes the all you can eat pancakes. We have had no problems with ordering the Split Decision with the all you can eat pancakes. However, today we were told we couldn’t do that because we couldn’t split the all you can eat pancakes. The waitress we had explained this in a hostile manner saying that “everywhere in the world will say the same thing “. We had no problem with changing the order even though we had no problems with this order before because only one of us would be eating the pancakes. This waitress was one we haven’t seen before. We assumed that she was new. She rudely went to get the manager to explain this to us. As I said before, we were more than happy to order it without the AYCE pancakes. But this waitress was very rude to us and the “manager” was just as rude. We ended up leaving and eating elsewhere because of the attitudes we got.

Food was wonderful! Our server on the other was not. He was very rude and we didn’t get all of the food that ordered, he corrected me very rudely as I was trying to order my food. He asked several times if we wanted cash back after we payed even though we repeatedly told him yes. He then came and grabbed the tip as soon as we layed it down not giving us a chance to get things situated and figure out exactly how much we wanted and to leave. He definitely needs better customer service. I don’t know his name but know that his initials was DB. We were also here on Sunday night 7/23 between 7:30 and 8:30pm. I’m not really one to complain as I know it’s a hard job but felt it hard not to say something after the service we received tonight.

Got there and thought they were closed. Had a waitress that was being trained. She was nice, and we were nice, however tried to download the app and was unsuccessful and that put a damper on my mood. I was fed well, but had to wait until we could get our waitress over to leave. I was pleasantly surprised with how much better the food was. Just not sure about the app. May or may not give it another shot.

We visit this location quite often. Sometimes it’s better than others but never completely terrible. Today we visited and had a wonderful meal. The waitress we had, Gracie (spelling?), was super friendly. Very apologetic for the minor mix-ups and wait time. She made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be back thanks to her.
