We were seated immediately and the waitress came quickly. There were 2 adults and 2 kids in our party. We had chicken and waffles, breakfast samplers, lemon ricotta blueberry crepes. We all enjoyed our breakfast. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We will come back!

Overall the food is good. This is a fairly new location, but the lights in the middle have dead bugs everywhere and I know if I see it the owner does too. Please clean that and it’s be an even better environment to dine in.

Food was very good took longer than anticipated to come out especially they were not busy at all. Waiter never came for refills. Staff was more worried about keeping the place clean than waiting on customers. That didn’t bother me to much because everything was clean except the bathroom was not clean at all.

Food is average for an iHop. Although I should have know better than to try the eggs Benedict, as their ability to poach eggs are questionable. And the last several times I’ve been the service is lackluster, consisting of a brief stop to drip food with no check for refilling drinks or ensuring the order was satisfactory. Only reason I keep coming is because it is within walking distance of where I get my vehicle serviced

Waited 30 min at a table, only 2 other tables had customers so they weren’t packed. Finally got up to leave and I decided to ask for a manager. Having been in the food industry and bar industry this was just unacceptable. The manager had been there the whole time on her phone! In the middle of the restaurant, doing nothing! She was beyond rude, had a filthy mouth and told me to fill out an application to take her place because she didn’t care! SMH! Never ever will I waste my money on this place! We left and went to the one in Lovejoy and the experience was amazing in every way possible! Goes to show you just how bad Griffin is!

came here yesterday and the waitress wasn’t bad but the reason for my review is the fact that i waited over an hour for my food and it wasn’t even busy there. after we had waited probably like 45 minutes the waitress finally came up to us and said, “don’t worry the food is still on the way”. WELL I’D HOPE I HAVENT BEEN WAITING 45 MINUTES FOR NO FOOD like obviously the foods on the way. anyway we waited about 20 or 30 more minutes after the waitress told us that. when we finally got our food, the waitress handed us our bill really fast and said here’s the bill. what really irritates me is the fact that the waitress didn’t seem like she felt bad that we waited over an hour for our food. i honestly expected them to give us some extra food for our patience or give us a percentage off but no, they didn’t even act like it happened and when we asked why it was taking so long before we got our food they said it was because the air conditioning wasn’t working??? also one of the employees (possibly the manager) was yelling at people in the back and in the lobby and even made one of the other employees cry in front of everyone. i’m not gonna say the food is bad because it isn’t, but it’s definitely not worth the terrible experience that you get almost every time you go and the prices are insane. $17 for an omelette and hash browns is crazy.

Visited IHOP in Griffin and had Kayla P as our server, I can’t say enough about this young server, she was very friendly, attentive and knowledgable. If she was MY employee I would definitely promote her into management if she was interested. If only all restaurants had more Kayla’s like her! The Hostess could use a little training from Kayla, no greeting walking in and she also sat us at a dirty table that still had dishes on it. That’s just disgusting.

I was seated and waited for ten minutes. I was never asked what I wanted to drink or anything else for that matter. When two customers came in ten minutes after me and received their drink, I decided it was time to go. Oh, and they were literally sitting across from me. It is April 4th, I arrived around 6:15ish pm. Just in case any management actually want to better their company, you now know exactly who was working. I have never left a review of any restaurant, but this is absolutely uncalled for. I don’t want anything free or any apology. Just make it better.
