Normally I have a great experience here, but today was awful. We waited overt an hour for our food. During our wait we weren’t updated on the status, rarely seen the waitress. Granted they were busy, but extremely unorganized. I’ve we received our food it left much to be desired. My pancakes were dry and there were foreign objects appearing to be hair and plastic in my French toast. I was given a discount for the French Toast but no apology. There was no apology for the wait or lack luster food.

The staff is nice. Sometimes the order comes back good, sometimes not so much. I ordered the Cali Roasted Turkey Melt and got more of a $14 BLT. It had a few turkey meat crumbs which was a little disappointing.

Visited this place recently and I must admit they’ve gotten better! Food is a whole lot better and customer service has improved drastically! Glad I can start coming to this location now rather than driving almost 15 mins away for IHOP!

There was no one to greet us when we walked in, and we were forced to sit at a booth when we preferred a table because the table area was closed. The coffee and tea water were both served cold but corrected upon request. The food came out quickly and was good and plentiful. The staff was spread pretty thin and was polite.

I was with a party of 4 and we waited 90 plus minutes for our food after ordering. When we finally received our food 1 order was wrong and we had to wait another 30 minutes for the correct order and the other 3 orders were cold. Then we had to wait another 10 minutes for silverware. The brisket in the Colorado omelet was so old and dry it was like jerky. The onion rings were hard as rocks the cheese on the eggs was old and hard the pancakes were under cooked and the grits had no flavor.

In general, everyone was kind.Would love to see more enthusiasm with the service. There seemed to be no urgency to provide the food quickly with all of the needed items (utensils & condiments) . Not for just our table but observed the same pattern with other tables.
