Ordered my food online. My food was supposed to be ready at 8:55. I got there at 9:15 and had stood outside the curbside window to wait on my order. It took the woman at the window 10 mins to bring me my food because she was talking to her coworkers. While I was standing outside a huge rat ran from behind the building. I went inside to let the staff know and they all laughed at me and said they aren’t on the kitchen and asked do I have rats at my house. I should’ve asked for a refund. My first time eating at this location the food was very good. Betty which I was our host she was a charm. She made our experience a pleasurable one. I would definitely suggest to come to this location again. The only downfall in my opinion there were no soap in the men’s restroom and the parking can be kind of tight esp if it get busy.

This location is absolutely horrible. I placed an online order at 4:05. I arrived at 4:19 (when my order said it would be ready). Went inside to check the order at about 4:25. After about 10 minutes, was told they’re “extremely backed up” and it will be way longer. When I went back in to check about 10 mins later, I was completely ignored (along with about 5 other people). People literally had to walk up to the kitchen and ask where their food was. The “manager”, when met with the knowledge that nobody had bothered addressing a majority of the people in the waiting area, responded with “well i wasn’t up here”. ZERO accountability for the horrible timing and complete lack of customer service. I did not get my food until 4:55. 50 mins is absolutely ridiculous for an order that was placed ahead.
