Visited this location this morning. The place was empty. Service was good, but the food had moldy cheese and made us ill. I threw it all up before leaving the establishment and was still presented a bill to pay. This location is a terrible example of IHOP. I’m not sure how moldy food is overlooked. Absolutely disgusting. Sharing a picture where I wrongfully assumed there was cilantro. It’s actually mold.

Me and my family just ate here a few minutes ago. The place was pretty much empty except one other family. It took them 20 minutes to sit us. Which it took a gentleman who had just clocked out to sit us. Then we start to figure out what we want and it took another 30 minutes just to order our food. Our waitress said it was her second day and apologized for taking so long. There was no trainer with her or server that had been there longer than her helping. We ordered our food and it was really good but the service just wasn’t there. If it had better service I would have enjoyed it better.

Came in at 1:10pm, maybe 4 families already seated? We were seated promptly, but didn’t see a server for over 20 minutes. I understand being understaffed, but there’s such a thing as prioritizing customer service over whatever was keeping everyone in the back. When server showed up she stated that she hadn’t even known we were sitting here.

Showed up for a late breakfast and waited for over 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. The woman finally took our name and told us it would be another 10-15 minute wait. During our extended wait 3 other customers walked out. When we were eventually seated, they attempted to put us at table that was dirty from the previous guest. We walked out. This was by far the worst ihop service we have ever received.

We went for Father’s Day and it was not too terribly busy but the servers were having to be cleaners as well which caused delays. The food was not good..very greasy, bland and just not out together well. The place itself was clean and not overly crowded. We will not be going back. Overpriced food and quality of the food was the worst.

German cockroaches all along window sill !!! Stay away!!! Unfortunately we didn’t notice until we ate a good portion of our food. Asked for to go container to give our food to our dogs as we would definitely not be finishing it but at their newer much higher prices, I wasn’t going to leave a half eaten cheeseburger behind. I suppose I should have spoke up and demanded an answer or “something”, but could not even get a single refill and had to go behind register to get out own to go box and no o e even noticed!!! Waiter lacking all integrity cared more about talking to the female staff in a booth at the back of the restaurant than he did his job, our drinks, to go boxes…. and again…the ROACHES!!! For their new menu prices, you can go virtually anywhere else, including Longhorn, for lunch, and eat for the same price, minus the roaches and waiter hitting on the waitresses as you die of thirst in roachland!

Will never eat here againTook twenty minutes to get our order taken after we had been seated. The waiter acted like it was an inconvenience to even serve us. My granddaughter asked for no whip cream on her pancakes they came with with whip cream anyway. Not a happy child or grandma either. My husband’s pancakes were not brought out until after he had finished his other food. Never once did he come and check on us to see if we needed anything else or more drinks.Worst service ever
