This is a new location,understandable that they would be under staff and the wait would be long,the service itself was not bad but the food was tastless,over cook . Four sets of people left because of the waiting to be acknowledged by the host because she has to do so many things, including hosting,service, and more. The little staff that was there is overwoork.

My husband and I decided to have brunch at this newly renovated IHOP which seems appealing on the outside and inside when you walk in. But as soon as we walked in, you can feel the toxicity in the workplace environment. Servers not friendly or welcoming, one older server was yelling at the host because he gave the customer her name, it took 20 min for our waitress to greet us and when she did she just appeared and said what can I get you? I was happy to see a new IHOP. So many are old and worn out. While this was very nice and new, you can see they need leadership. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was empty. So, the service was great but the food was disappointing. They don’t allow the customer to make any changes to the meals to meet their specific needs. We are vegetarian, so all we wanted was something in exchange for the meat. Most other restaurants offer tomatoes or a fruit cup or something. So we ordered Ale Cart. We got 2 items instead of 4 for about the same price. Then came the full stack of tiny pancakes and scorced overcooked eggs. So, typical corporate America. Short size and raise the price to boot. I guess we’re back to a local mom and pop. Really disappointing

Inside was quite not crowded. The inside was clean and beautiful. The waiter and waitress were polite not as friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and deals. The food was okay but the presentation was lacking. The strawberry sauce from my pancakes running in my eggs.

Typical IHOP. We went there around 8 pm for dinner. There was one table with 2 people but several tables that needed to be cleared. Two servers, who were very nice. We both ordered omelets. I asked for no onions or peppers on mine. I even heard the waitress tell this to the cook. When I got my food, there were no onions or peppers. There was also no shredded beef, bacon, ham, or salsa. But there were mushrooms. Mushrooms were not even listed in the ingredients. I can understand getting orders mixed up in a busy kitchen, but there were only 4 customers, and two already had their food when we got there. I was given a 20% discount, which was nice, but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Affinity Removal Services LLC
I went in for breakfast this morning and Trish greeted me. She told me to wait to be seated as she was seating the customers who arrived before me. I watched as she seemingly intentionally ignored me as she continued to help other customers as well as finish other tasks around the restaurant without seating me first. Finally 10-15 minutes later I decided to seat myself. I have a serious leg injury so I propped my leg on the bench seat. She promptly informed me that wasn’t allowed so I explained that I have an injury. She got argumentative with me and said other customers need to sit there. She was very rude so I left. I am very dissatisfied with my experience at one of my favorite places to eat. After working in customer service as a manager for 7 years I can say with confidence that Trish is not cut out for customer service.

Once you walk in they seat you quickly which is good. Took awhile to order I understand. Our waitress Mia was awesome. I order breakfast my food was hot but the pancakes took forever & was dry and cold. It was on a Sunday at 11:30am it wasn’t busy, but the food took longer to come. I only tried this IHOP because my mom says she love it.

Nice staff, fast service, pristinely clean restaurant. Management just called me to clear up a misunderstanding I had. Even my bad experience was a great experience. IHOP publishes the best vegan food guide of any restaurant, going into such detail as where bone char is used. Very considerate and knowledgeable.

They attempted to serve our table burnt hashbrowns, and the older Caucasian female server reacted offensively when I said in a polite tone “no thank you I’m not going to eat that” before the plate even hit my table. She spoke down on my decision to void the dish, stating in a negative tone that she saw nothing wrong with the clearly blackened top of the hash browns and continued to explain that there wasnt any reason I should send the entire dish back. I explained that if a company ŵould send out food like that, then I would not trust the rest of the dish either. She replied that I wasn’t making sense.

Worst experience in my life at any Ihop in any state I have ever been to. And ihop is a must go to every time we go out to eat with my family. Food was cold, orders were wrong, floor was greasy or wet. Looked weird. We waited 45 min to order and 45 min to get our food but we were starving at that point. And the cherry on top is as we were done eating we saw a roach on the wall of our booth. We complained to the manager on site and he didn’t seem to care. We complained to corporate who had the regional or general manager, i think she said, reach out to us the same day and she had an excuse for everything that transpired in our experience. She wanted to fix it by giving us 20% off on our next visit, which no thank you with that service never again. Please do not waste your time coming here. Save your money for something better. For this type of service she should have refunded us.
