Very dissatisfied and disappointed of the food and service!! I ordered a simple salad! And after 40 minutes …. They gave me this, a burned crispy chicken salad!!!! I asked if they had use burnt oil or what happened! The waitress just looked at me speechless and said “I don’t know ‍♀️”. She left and never apologized or never tried to change my plate or do anything. I was disgusted and uncomfortable with the procedure of that chicken. Also they vary the veggies on the salad without announcing that they don’t have or what other options!

We ate here twice due to being in between the port and airport. Very fresh and hot food. The service was great. It is smaller and a slightly tight fit. There is very limited parking for how busy it is. Overall, it was wonderful dining, though.

Bad experience. The coffee is disgusting. Watered down with hardly any coffee flavor. The ham and egg melt sandwich was good, but they charged for a side salad even though it says it’s a side choice on the menu with no charge. The country fried steak only came with a tiny cup of gravy so it barely covered one side of the steak! The pancakes were fine but it’s hard to mess those up. The service and staff are excellent. They are the only reason this isn’t a 1-star review. This place needs to do better, sorry.

I ordered poached eggs with English muffin and some potatoes on the side what I got was 2 hard boiled eggs on top of a piece of English muffin that was soaked with sauce. When I asked her why is the poached eggs are not soft she said this is how we serve our food if you want softer eggs, you can order an extra side and you have to pay more, so no Customer Service I took one bite out of it and returned It told them I didn’t like it. They still charge me for it.
