My husband and I decided to go to IHOP, for the first time in a very long time, yesterday. Our waitress was so sweet, helpful, and attentive to our table! I absolutely loved their bourbon bacon jam eggs benedict. My husband ordered a mushroom & cheese omelette with avocado on top, he enjoyed it. I thought it was cute that they brought a small coffee pot to our table that way we could get our own refills & the coffee was still warm! We will definitely be back (and have already been back twice)

When I walked into the store, there was no one in line, no one waiting to be seated. A family of 4 came in right after me and they were seated immediately. I stood at the register for 10 minutes. And no one ever acknowledged that I was in the store. Then someone walked by, a manager I think, and I asked, may I make an order. The person replied someone will be right with you? I waited another 5 minutes and no one came to the counter. Unbelievable! I had to go outside to my car to place the order. If my husband was not hungry and did not have a taste for their burger. I would not have gone into the parking lot to make this order. Needless to say,, I will never visit this store again. I work less than 500 feet from this location, and often treat my staff to breakfast at $80 a pop with my senior discount. I would rather drive 30 minutes one way then to continue giving this location my business.

First time ever I had really bad service at ihop, I was sat down immediately. After being sat down it took them 10-15 minutes to even acknowledge that I was even at a table to even get my drink order. After I got my food basically my server disappeared. I had gotten them all you can eat pancakes and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted more. Server showed up after I finished everything and gave me the wrong check, room about another ten minutes until someone came by so I could ask for the right check. Should have walked out at the beginning but I was craving pancakes

Went in with a group around Friday at 10:30. Noticed the waitress was talking to a table and never acknowledged us. We ended up standing around for 10-15 minutes before we decided to leave and go somewhere else. I don’t know if it was a staffing issue or she was the only one working up front but some type of notice would have been nice.

Team Ultimate Exposure William & Bug
So walked into this place for the 1st time and it is a nice and clean location. The lady greeted me right away and sat me. I just had a little breakfast bowl and it was ok. Nothing to write home about. The server was nice and made sure I had everything I needed. When I went to checkout they had a bunch of girls in red Shirts which I think were training because they did not seem what was going on. But they did not even tell me thank you for coming or any kind of greeting when I came up to pay. These are things I don’t think you should have to train in employees if they are in a customer service industry. So hopefully they will get better. But overall it is worth going
