Went with a group of friends and had a game night. Played UNO the card game. We had the back room all to ourselves and we were excellently taken care of by the staff! Our waitress was superb! The manager even came and checked on us & brought us a complimentary desert for the table to share! I had breakfast at night which I love to have and it was delicious! Cannot say enough good things about this experience! It was a great night of food & fun!

TRASH! We eat at different IHOPS all of the time but this one gives IHOP a bad name. Hardy anyone in there and waited 40 mins for a cold breakfast that was not even the correct order. People walking out for lack of service. Missing syrups and was told people keep stealing them . Really , are you struggling so bad in Picayune you need to steal syrups . Total incompetence from management on down.

Honestly horrible service. We had to ask for utensils TWICE before we ever got any. We didn’t get them until 10-15 minutes after our food came out. All of us had something missing or wrong with our food. I asked for spinach on my omelette, got no spinach. My sister asked for tomatoes on hers, got no tomatoes. My husband asked for hash browns in his omelette and no avocado, he was given an omelette with avocado on top and with no hash browns. Paid $88 for THREE PEOPLE. My omelette came with 3 pancakes but I only received 2. Had to remind the server to bring my side, to bring utensils, to bring creamer, to bring ketchup. We had to ask for these things MULTIPLE times before we got them. Ordered an unsweet tea to go and received a sweet tea. We ordered a grilled cheese to go and we’re given a grilled chicken sandwich.

It’s 94 out, i knew when i walked in and saw a stand up fan blowing at check out register it was going to be warm. My plate looked like it was cooked by a 5yr old and my husbands food we had to send back (which he never does) that’s all i’m going to say about it. It is sad because it use to be such a great option for us and we haven’t been in quite some time. Disappointed.

They did not have wanted when we went in there because they had not gotten a truck, and the chicken we got with our order was cooked so hard we couldn’t eat it, the tea was so sweet u couldn’t drink it. Couldn’t get a waffle because supposedly the waffle iron was burnt the night before, spent 40.00 with tip. And we were still hungry when we left. Will not ever go back to the IHOP in picayune ms

Absolutely horrible experience here, this was my first time here, the food was waaay over priced and not good at all, the parking lot was horrid to park in, the customer service here deserves a -0. We waited approximately 20 minutes for someone to show up at the Host stand to get seated, then another 30 plus minutes to receive our food. The food was cold, the server forgot stuff we ordered, and no napkins available at all until the food finally arrived after half of my daughter’s milk shake was gone, and overflowed out cup onto the table. Will definitely not recommend this particular IHOP to anyone.

Great breakfast this morning at IHOP. Our server Alex did a wonderful job and the food was great! The ONLY reason this isn’t 5 stars is because the bathrooms were baaaddddd. The men’s room stunk and the women’s room wasn’t much better. Sorry IHOP I wanted to give you 5. I would definitely come back though.

Took almost 2 hours to get our food. They Made our food without gloves. Every table was disgusting and dishes were left on tables beside us the whole time. Silverware was not washed properly. Bacon was green and moldy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.
