I was in the area at a local hotel and stopped a few times for breakfast and I had repeated experiences of outstanding services. The staff are friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional on every visit and if I am ever in the area again, this will be my spot for breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We just came across this place in the area, later realized it would be a a good place to get breakfast. It was a-bit packed but we were able to get a table and the waitresses tried to attend to everyone regardless of the many customers seated waiting for their food.

Me and my husband went here and don’t think we are coming back. We had a terrible waitress and what made it worse is that her manager after me complaining was very nonchalant and allowed her employee to come back to my table and try to argue with me about how she worked for twenty years as a waitress and that my complaint was wrong. The only reason I came here is because I am usually a regular at the Brooklyn location but they were packed so I went here thinking this would be nice. I was certainly wrong. I ended up still tipping this waitress only because after she found out who me and my husband was she apologized several times. I eventually packed up quickly because the whole thing had begun to get uncomfortable. Let me say this I have never complained on any waitress before in my life. If there is a complaint from me regarding any service trust me it was bad service. I also see why this waitress was like this because it seems her boss didn’t care either. I had a Very bad experience here and have never experienced a waitress arguing with me after a complaint with her boss. Three things honey Customer always right! And to your boss stop making friends with your employees maybe then you’ll be able reprimand them appropriately. That waitress should have been sent home on the basis of arguing with a customer after a complaint, that’s called retaliation, this shouldn’t have happened.

Eaten here many times, great. Except at 130 am. Felt like a place I enjoy would hit the spot. False advertising. Lights out & locked up. But the “Open 24/7” sign glowing bright. 5 stars becomes 1 star. Don’t lie about hours open when people have few options.

We have gone here for breakfast three weeks in a row on a Saturday the service and food is excellent. There must be a waitress going through menopause though because the temperature every time has been around 65° in there….. Wore my coat the last two times.

It’s summertime. Low 70s out. It’s beautiful out. I walk into IHOP and it’s like 40 degrees in there. Felt like being in a freezer. It’s empty besides a few obese people. I asked the lady if there was an outdoor area. She said no. At that point I wasn’t interested anymore and walked off to Dunkin donuts where they had a normal temperature. Where I was able to enjoy my meal without the temperature freezing me to death. You’d have to be 400 plus pounds for ihops temperature to feel like room temperature
