Food and service were solid. Our waitress had a large party, and other staff would check in with us to make sure we had everything we wanted or needed when she was unavailable due to the larger party. My wife had the Rise and Shine, and I ordered the Spicy Poblano Omelette, I am not a fan of eating eggs. However, this omelet is a must try, not really spicy and loaded with flavor. The poblano sauce they put on it is addictive.

Sorry to say, but this was by far the worst I’ve ever had from iHop. Some of the steak was undercooked, and the rest were tough and dry. The portion of food was so small. The only upside to this place was how polite the waiters were.

Well I walked in and was immediately seated but promptly ignored for about 13 minutes after that. (I timed it). No one even took my drink order. I watched a large group come in after me and be seated and served. No one took notice of me until I got up to leave despite walking past me back and forth multiple times.

Had a wonderful experience at this IHOP. The waitress (Amanda D) was extremely friendly, professional, and prompt. The dinner was very good and cooked as ordered. I will return to this restaurant again. Keep up the great work!!!

Waiting to be seated for ten minutes. We were never acknowledged, host was taking carry out orders back to back instead of seating the door and taking care of people in the order they came in . The servers just looked at us and walked by with clean tables around and not helping the host when he was clearly backed up. No organization, zero hospitality. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. What a waste of time and gas. Get organized… use team work. Do better.

I’m sure the service is great in person but unfortunately I ordered through doordash so I didn’t get to experience it. However I ordered and paid full price and the doordash charge for 2 milkshakes. When I received them the cups were only half filled which is ridiculous since the shakes were 7.19 each. The food I ordered was cold but I blame that on doordash.

Waited for a table, several open but had to wait. Waitress very slow to take breakfast order and kitchen also slow. Food was just warm and must have been sitting in window for a while. They need more training in Food service.
