Literally the worst location ever. Went for breakfast and we got out dessert before we even got our food. 4 tables that showed up after us got all of their food before we even had ours and when the food did come, it was lukewarm. We never received all of our items that we were charged for on top of that! Literally took us about 45 minutes to even get our food. The server barely even checked on us, when she did come to the table just dropped the items including the full cup of freshly poured coffee,as close as possible to our child that was already grabbing at stuff. She would also try to hurry away as fast as possible after dropping items at the table. The real kicker is I was never even able to ask for syrup for my French toast and pancakes, since there was none at the table. Have you ever had to eat the food that this place is known for WITHOUT syrup?! I had to chase it with coffee because swallowing dry pancakes is NOTthe way to go. Definitely do NOT recommend eating here.

Waiting for our food for 30 minutes to have hair in my food and my husband’s food cold.. it seemed the employees did not like working together, there was a lot of eye rolling and words underneath their breath after talking with each other. Not going back..

Used to love this place but yesterday was not a good experience. The server that seemed to be running the shift was not pleasant and another server was yelling at the girl that was I assume supposed to be the hostess. Not sure what happened from two weeks ago to yesterday but I’ll make the drive to FW because that was a disaster! Won’t be back to that mess.

I had had a Colorado Omelet awhile back in Fort Wayne IN and loved it so I ordered that hoping training was uniform to brand. First off advertising that your omelets have wheat pancake batter in them is good..as some of us are highly allergic. The waitress seemed surprised when I asked for fresh eggs. I shouldn’t have bothered…barely even a teeny bit of each thing and ALL the pieces of bacon and sausage were burnt black. The teeny pieces of pepper and onion were hard and undercooked. When I was told this particular cook had worked there for quite some time we knew why the place was empty. Yes I was asked if I’d like it remade but it was SO bad I was no longer hungry. Won’t be back. Ever.

Must’ve been our waiter’s first day because he was quite obviously less than trained, which isn’t the worst thing but there was no one teaching him and he was not providing good service by any means. Because it is connected to the gas station you could hear the music from both sides playing different songs, it was not fun. They took forever to get our drinks and food out. We were there for 20 minutes before we got drinks, my husband suggested we leave and we should’ve. Then once the food was out, they still had us waiting for a salad that had big onion core served on it. That’s basically inedible. When this place started it was okay but it has already ran its course it seems. It was a Sunday afternoon and not busy at all and all aspects of dining were poor.

Waited 45 minutes to get drinks and when, we were finally handed them the waitress through a drink down with such force it spilled onto my neices phone with no apology or help to clean it she walked away. Also there was no chocolate in the chocolate milk if we hadn’t ordered already we would have left.

Just ate there today. Food was ok. Not the best. While we were waiting on our food workers kept talking about people being sick. I really hope the ones that cooked my food wasn’t sick! Probably will be the last time I go there!

This is the best IHOP customer service I have experienced. Food was excellent and we were served hot plates within 20 minutes of arriving. Sherry was our waitress, she was very attentive and remember everything on our order.
