The food and atmosphere is always good, but the waiter was rude. Also, when the waiter was asked to bring out more coffee because the coffee that was brought to my table was cold, the waiter was angry about it. Also, I was asked to cash out my receipt early because the waiter was clocking out, in which made me feel uncomfortable, because I’ve never heard of such but I still left a tip because my family and I tend to eat there frequently, I just hope they screen their worker’s better on their servers!

Normally I have no complaints regarding IHOP, but today my food was off. I sent it back and when it re-arrived, it looked to be more off. No discount was offered and the manager indicated that the kitchen was working short. Lets just say today was not IHOPs day. As always the atmosphere was family friendly for a Saturday. I’ll return at a later date and hope for a better experience.

Fast when it comes to seating but they forgot us not once not twice but four different occasions unfortunately. Friendly but kinda took a while to order and get even a drink let alone to see we were finished with our food and wanting the check.

The food is what it is. What was wild to me was how the manager was on her phone texting the entire time. She even told me and my group to “hold on a minute” when we walked in so she could finish her text. Her staff was visibly upset with her and my group was definitely affected by it. Will try a different location next time.

First time there, I probably will not be back. Food was cold my friend ordered scrambled eggs. He got over easy. We ordered crepes two orders only got one. The waitress said she only heard one. We were charged for two orders of the crepes. My friend didn’t want to cause a scene. I told him to tell the person at the reg or get a manager. So, we left. Both not a good taste in our mouth. We would not tell anyone to go there if we are asked. My friend is a 35 percent tipper, the women sure grabbed the tip. For not even average service. Shame on your wait staff. Shame on the food.

The manager used the restroom while I was next to her in a stall. She did not wash her hands before exiting. She also did not speak kindly to her staff. They did not have napkins until later in the meal. My pancakes were not hot and the butter would not melt. The manager was not apologetic nor hospitable.

Whitney is the best server here. Hands down undisputed care shared everytime. Me and my buddy hit this place at least once per month. American staples run abundant and taste good. New menu is bringing great new options to explore. This location stays clean, although you never really know a place until you check the bathroom.

I recently went to the one on middlebelt in livonia and I ordered the steak bites (Well done), most people think well done makes steak tough and it is very frowned on to eat them any other way besides pink , but whoever the cook was knew what to do ! These steak bites melted in my mouth like butter! *chef kiss* I usually don’t leave reviews , but whomever was the cook Sunday July 16, 2023 around 1:30 pm…GREAT JOB!!!
