Never again! My boyfriend and I ordered T-Bone steaks medium rare and eggs….THEY BROUGHT US 2 PORK STEAKS! Then proceeded to act like I was crazy and it was beef.

This is a very good IHOP not all IHOPs are good. I gave this one a five star because of the service we received, KP was are server and he did a great job. The food was cooked to order and was fast. The place was clean also.

IHOP is one of my favorite chain restaurants, and this one doesn’t disappoint. They seem to be short staffed just about every time we’re there, but what restaurant isn’t short staffed these days? The servers still do an awesome job, even though I’m sure they’re stressed. Just be patient and you’ll have a good experience. I order the breakfast sampler and sub out the regular buttermilk pancakes for the New York cheesecake pancakes with the strawberries on the side and butter pecan syrup, and they’ve gotten my order correct 100% of the time. That can’t be said for every IHOP out there. We much prefer coming to the Mount Pleasant IHOP over the Saginaw one.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast before my daughter’s basketball game. Had a party of 6 and was actually seated immediately upon arrival. Our waitress was very attentive and very on point. The food overall was pretty well cooked with the only two exceptions being my scrambled eggs being overcooked to where they were browning on the bottom. One of the other people in our party had the Chicken Fajita Omelet and it was literally all egg with barely no ingredients just an egg flipped over about 4x’s. Other then that all of our breakfast were great. Pancakes were the best thing on the plate easily!!! Good food, good price and a great staff!!!

We had an awesome meal! If you go away hungry, it’s your fault! So much food , we ended up with a doggy bag. Wasn’t real busy but we were there around 8:00pm. Great music playing on the speakers. We also had a wonderful waitress. Rachel M you were great! Very nice smile! Very friendly! Knew her job well. Didn’t have to write down what we wanted because she knows her job well! Came back several times to check on us. We were impressed. Great job Rachel! Would highly recommend you stop in!

We waited well over an hour for food. We watched others be seated, not in our section after we gave our order. Their food came quickly, and our food came out super late and kind of warm. We had to flag down a supervisor to get our orders. The waitress forgot about us and our food.

Awful Experience. We were seated immediately ordered our coffee and orange juice. Approximately 10 minutes later ordered our food. 20 minutes had passed and we still have not received our coffee ( food either). We were trying to be patient as our waitress was doing the best she could ( there was a big party in her section). I went uo to the front desk to talk to a manager and request help for our waitress and explained we had not received our coffee after 20 minutes of waiting. The manager’s response was, ” I’ll go talk to her”. I told her it’s not the waitresses fault that I was requesting for her some assistance. So rather than the manager sending someone over ( or even going to get the coffee herself), we waited another 10 minutes before we had finally left and went to Bob Evan’s instead.
