The food was great when we visited the Monday before the 4th. We were on our way home from camping and decided to try I hop for our first time. The food was great! Our server however…. Well, she was very rude and used copious amounts of sarcasm in everything she said. It made us uncomfortable and our interactions were very tense. I asked her for a coffee after we had already ordered drinks and she acted like it was a big inconvenience for her to meet my request. I don’t remember her name. She was a bigger woman. The other woman looked like the manager, was very friendly and nice.

We usually have a teenaged gal wait on us when we dine here. She is an excellent server and is super friendly. On this last visit, however, we had an older blonde lady (maybe 30??) who had a terrible attitude and obviously hates her job. She was so ornery and miserable she rolled her eyes and sighed loudly if we asked for anything. I’m sorry I needed a spoon to stir my coffee. God forbid you need to make the three extra steps to the kitchen, as we were seated right next to the door. Lol We thought maybe she was just having a rough day and tried to be friendly but it was no use. We ate as fast as we could and got the heck outta there asap. Haven’t been back since and will definitely come inside first to see who is working before we dine in again. 🙁

Went for brunch yesterday with my husband and son and I couldn’t believe how rude our waitress was! We were sat down where the table was soaking wet from who ever wiped it down. Picked up our menus for them the be dripping with whatever they used to wipe the table. Asked for a dry rag so I could wipe up all the water on my seat and the table. She gave me a blank stare and said what do you want to drink. Lady next to us handed me some napkins and said “our table the same way, the waitress told us at least the tables clean.” If I wasn’t so hungry I would have got up and left!

It was a little slow getting our food despite being one of two occupied tables, but I think there was a large to-go order right before we ordered.. Other than that, no issues whatsoever!

Very disappointed. Only three small tables other than us and our food took a very long time. We had two orders incorrect. Our waitress was not friendly and didn’t check in other than to drop off our food. I would completely understand if it was busy, but there was hardly anyone there. Charged full price for kids meal when it was supposed to be free. Booth seats are falling apart and had duct tape. We will not be returning.

I got there it was freezing cold in IHOP. We did ask her waitress to turn up the heat and she did. They have great amazing pancakes with different flavored syrups. The waitress take care of us was very attentive. ️ ️ ️

Waited 20 mins to be seated (wasn’t even a full house. Maybe 4 tables were already seated and ordered.) ordered our food, received it only to find I could only eat the eggs (which were barely cooked enough) because the griddle hadn’t been cleaned before they made my waffle. I for one am a clean freak and like seeing my food look like it’s eatable. Not like previous meals have been prepared before mine and not cleaned. Furthermore, after finishing our meals, we waited yet another half hour to receive our check. Waiting staff was barely around. Not satisfied. To top it all off, when we finally got our check, we had to sit around an extra 15 minutes waiting for a cashier to check us out.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My parents and I are here for a celebration of life (my uncle had passed away). We walk into IHOP a few min past 9. There was a small family in the dining area and that was it. The young lady Isabelle walked up to us about after 5 min of us waiting to be seated. She informed us that they close in 30 min, so did we want our food to go. Remind u, it is only 9:10pm and they are supposed to close at 10. I asked the lady if they close at 10, why can’t we dine in. Her response was ” the kitchen is already cleaned and I need to be out no later than 10pm” I asked to speak with a manager and the girl said, Im the only one here. I will be getting ahold of corporate! We will NEVER go back to this establishment again!

Very poor waiting service. We watched many orders, including ours, get messed up. Things were forgotten. And one of the waitresses came up to us and was swearing in her little story she felt we needed to know. The bathrooms were disappointing as well.
