Delicious breakfasts served here. They had just cleaned the floors when we arrived and everything looked clean and fresh. The food was good and plentiful. Only down side was I think they have a new cook because the waitress told him a number of times what went with everyone’s order. The food was slow to come up.

Low on staff, but they closed half the restaurant to deal with customer flow. There was a little bit of wait, but I also went on a Sunday. Hope they get some more help in soon! I like this one, it feels like a diner.

Service was slow, and the waitress kept forgetting things , like what we asked for. Restaurant is definitely not clean. Food is stuck on the wall. The waiter told people that they could not sit in a booth next to the window because that booth had a ” BUG PROBLEM.” Food was definitely below average . Will not return for a long time.

Went to have a good breakfast, Waited for more than 1 hour to get our food i poured some more coffee from the pot left back from the waitres As soon as i poured the coffee i saw a cocorache on the coffee . Wasnt even able to finish my food. Dont recommend this ihop check your drinks. Good service from the waitress but not the drinks.

Great location for those traveling the I-88 Chicago-Kansas City expressway. Service is very friendly and the food is quite good, the place is maintained very clean and parking is great. Don’t be shy if you think your coffee isn’t fresh, always ask your server for a fresh made cup of coffee. The menu and food are the same across locations, and so is the taste. They did not have the T-bone last time but they managed to get me some Sirloin instead with a little discount for the inconvenience. It is a quiet and comfortable place to enjoy with the family and friends.

Worst experience!!! Ants all over the table and wall !!! Manager in charge told us if we pay cash it will be cheaper. At the end she didn’t apologize and not gave us an itemize receipt. We left all the food on the table.
