We had a terrible experience here. There is only about 6 people in this place well it still took them 30 minutes to even bring our drinks to the table. They bring the food out which is COLD! my son had Mac and cheese and I kid you not it’s maybe two spoons full in his bowl. They forget my man’s order of pancakes so she goes to put it in and comes back with sausage??? Nobody said sausage. She even said pancakes back to us. So we cancelled the order of pancakes…we have been out of our drinks for quite sometimes now..the kids are thirsty. THEY ARE ALL STANDING IN A CORNER. The manager comes over and apologizes then gives us the check and it has stuff on there that we didn’t have!!! So instead of trying to make it better for us it’s just sorry & let me add some items on your ticket. This was the worse IHOP I had ever been to. DO NOT GO HERE.

This place just opened a few months ago so the atmosphere feels fresh. They didn’t have much staff that I saw but they were super courteous to my family. The food arrived fast enough, they kept up with everyone’s drinks at the table, and was very accommodating to my family and I. Everything tasted great and my picky kids ate more than expected without the usual fight.

Okay so… The night shift let’s start there. Not very many tables all at once(usually.) Very easy to stay on top of things, if you know how to wait tables. Anticipation of your guests needs is key here. Example time… If let’s just say, that your guest orders the all you can eat pancakes deal. You would know to bring syrup and napkins. Just common sense. You know? Without hesitation. Just bring it. It’s impressive and makes the guest feel important.

I’m so happy this is finally open. Me and my family went there today .. we got seated fast my server Was Brittany she greeted us with,a big smile. She very nice and so helpful. So friendly my kids absolutely Love her energy and conversation ..they had Asked her What was your favorite thing on the menu she said her favorite thing was the New York cheesecake pancakes . So me and my daughter got them and fall in love.. the food came out fast and hot .. Everything was great .. definitely the best service I’ve had in a long time .. Thank you.. Definitely will be back.

The new location on Brighton is good. I’ve carried out breakfast a few times. The food is always hot and well packed in containers. I dined in last week. The waitress was nice but could use a little pep in her step.:)

Ordered through doordash for breakfast, spent around 50 dollars and when we picked up the order, we received about 25% of what we paid for. Main entrees were missing. We received an order of potatoes, pancakes, and a dry chicken fried steak (without gravy, eggs, etc). The 2x2x2 we received was only the pancakes. We also waited an additional 15 minutes past the designated pick up time for an absolutely subpar meal.

This was the best experience I’ve had at IHOP in my entire life. Not that that’s saying much but this location is actually pleasant. The staff seems respectful and courteous. This location has their stuff together. This is probably the best ran IHOP in the city

We were greeted right away and seated in about 5 minutes or so. There were not many people in there, but at almost midnight, I did not expect it to be too busy. The staff was friendly and all but when one guy checked on us he was drinking his drink. As a waitress myself, you just do not do that. Put your food and drink down and then check on customers. When it was time to pay, the 4 or 5 people that were working, which we had interaction with all, we were not sure whom to pay. One person took our card, and then my husband had to go and put his pin number in for payment instead of the card being run as credit. No option for a tip was given to us, so I feel bad because I wanted to tip them because they were all trying to make sure everyone was taken care of. They did get busier just before we left.
