Manager needs to be trained. She should be ashamed of herself for yelling like that, after I witnessed a video from today. Regardless if the customer was speaking her mind about slow service, no professional manager yells back in the establishment they are in charge of. She needs to more professional than that. Do better IHOP!!

completely unprofessional. when we arrived to our table, there was a dirty coffee pot that just sat there during our whole meal. we waited 20 minutes just to order, and it took a good hour to finally get our food. we tried flagging down several employees to ask when our food would be ready, and all but one completely ignored us. when our food arrived, it was very cold. all of the employees, except for our kind server, were either very new at the job or acted like it. two of the employees were right by our table, loudly arguing. it was a very chaotic experience. i work in the food industry so i completely understand the struggles, but this was unacceptable. we will not be coming back.

So my husband and I went to this place after the rodeo in town and was getting a table for 7 people total.. we stood up at the registers waiting to be seated.. we stood there for 10 minutes while servers were sitting at tables laughing and folding silverware, this was at 10pm. No one ever came to seat us so we left and when I called to see why there was no service the girl acted like she could care less….this explains why IHOP was slow and Applebee’s was packed.

Asked for no sugar, had to send it back, service was lousy, had to ask for more coffee, waited so long for our food that we went through 2 extra pots and was charged 3.50 for each. Ridiculous. There were so many hostesses, waitresses, and busboys just standing around holding the same cups. I even had to ask for them to get a broom to clean out food from under our table. I will not be eating at IHOP ever again. My husband already didn’t like eating there, now I don’t. Your service is the saddest on the planet. We travel alot and it seems like this everywhere in the USA.

Horrible experience at the IHOP in Liberal,KS waited over an hour to sit then waited an additional 2 hours for food that never came. Two tables sat 30 minutes after us and received their food. I was very patient but after asking the waitress several times where our food was she just brushed us off. I understand that restaurants are busy and I was prepared to wait but 3 hours is a bit excessive when others were taken care of. Our party was very small with 3 orders nothing overly complicated. I also witnessed an alteration between a family and the head cook. She used very colorful words towards the customers. IHOP had been one of our families favorite places to visit but after this experience we may never return.

Well I thought my husband had ordered from the kids menu but wait no he hadn’t it was a T-bone steak the thickness of a slice of ham n yhey must have a new cook cuz that was not the IHOP recipe for their world famous pancakes n I no pancakes. IHOP was our family’s favorite place to eat but u can bank on this WE WONT B BACK.
