Food was cooked properly, service was prompt and courteous, everything was as expected for all of the other Ihops I have eaten at. Some previous reviews are a joke, ie, strawberry crepes aren’t cream filled, menu shows it and says it, the guac toast looked the same in the menu as the reviewer said theirs was and complained about. This isn’t a Michelin starred restaurant, temper your expectations, it’s a great IHOP.

Sadly had an extremely distracted server who forgot what we ordered & constantly forgot to bring out dishes, & drink refills. It was an extremely busy day I understand however it was just one thing after another. Food was amazing, got free accidental pancakes since server brought the wrong ones for my date, great shakes, burger, and slams.

This was my second time coming here since it opened. Both times I’ve came, my food has been cold/lukewarm. The service is great! The servers are amazing. But the Cooks need just a bit of work to make the line go smoother so that the whole table gets hot food, instead of one person getting cold and the other person getting hot. I’m pregnant and easily can get sick from cold/undercooked food. So maybe this is something that should be coached on with the team.

Food was ok, but portions small and very high price. I do not like huge portions, but my plate was small and I let the waitress know about it. She just look at me. I was still hungry after breakfast, so I was not satisfied with my order neither my family. We won’t come back. I understand why this place is empty.We were the only ones there. Advise: Do not order the new veggie omelet, it was just one egg white with some tomatoes and avocado sauce on top for 13.99 and a ridiculous bowl of fruit.

Disappointing, 1st time since opened, strawberry crepes were just folded over a couple times no filling fruit sprinkled on top extremely dry, nothing like the photo. My nieces omelet was not even close to what she ordered, they asked did she want to eat it, my niece being polite said well its not what I ordered at all I guess I could try it, the cook then came out apologized but again asked if she is interested in eating the one in front of her……I had to find someone to bring our ticket. Yes, they were busy but should be more prepared Sunday at 11 am. I love Perkins Strawberry Crepes and prices. JS
