Located inside Winstar. There was a line of about 15 people to order ahead of me when I arrived. Since it is one of the only restaurants open after midnight for food, be prepared to wait, at times. The staff has always been pleasant & brings my food to the table. The Belgian waffle filled the entire plate & had a large helping of butter on top. The scrambled eggs & bacon were on a separate plate, served hot & cooked just the way I like them. I poured the hot syrup I had gotten from the self-service area that includes hot syrup, condiments, coffee, drinks, etc….i8

They get very busy in the morning.soldiers crowd no big deal. They tend to forget you have time for other customers. I understand that the place doesn’t want to be black listed. Isn’t it fair for us regular customers not being taken care of with the same attention. The staff is very respectful and very helpful. I guess they forget where there.

There is one employee that work here her name is Pam, I told her that I would take my time to stop what I was doing and write this IHOP a review because of her. She made sure my order was exactly how we wanted it, she even let us place a togo order so we wouldnt have to eat then get back in line, she even gave us a extra cup for ice and helped me with my card comps to pay my balance. She was beyond amazing, I am 38 years old and she has by far the best service skills I have ever seen in my lifetime of eating at any restaurant. Best personality, professionalism and beyond caring. She is truly remarkable, this is what made me come back and eat 2 more times during my stay. This woman should be employee of the month. Thank you Pam for brighting my day and offering wonderful service in a busy restaurant.
