We came and had breakfast for dinner on 8/22. Salvador runs a great restaurant. Food was hot, delicious and filling. Restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend the IHOP in Flower Mound

Let’s start. Seated immediately. Waitress came with no name or introduction or name tag and did not offer one. Took order: sourdough toast and bacon well done. Crepe with strawberries, plain crepes with butter. 2 coffees and a milk. Coffee came claimed it was fresh brewed in a decaf container, coffee was bitter our cup had grounds in it. Still no utensils to stir coffee. still waiting, waiting, again had to ask. Rather than bringing them she stood talking to another employee wrapping them. Again, can I at least have a spoon? Food came, toast was toasted on one side only and not buttered. Bacon was well done but parts were burnt. Plain crepes and crepes with strawberries came. Had to ask for butter, it came frozen. Strawberries were not ripe and bitter. Lastly now, we had to ask for the milk. Seriously the worst meal and service we have had. Embarrassing with family from out of town. Never again.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Mario was super nice and made sure my order was put in and received correctly. He made me feel welcomed like family. I hadn’t been to a restaurant in a while so I’m so happy to be treated so special.

Ordered coffee waittress brought cup and I noticed the cup had a very large fresh lip stick smear on edge around rim of cup… I pointed it out to waitresses and she said oh… It’s not your shade… I was disgusted and just left. Honestly, this is last straw, food has been going down in quality for years and bacon is to slimy as well… I use to love IHOP but not now… IHOP you have to improve on cleanness and food quality if you want to stay in Flower Mound…!!!

waiting to be seated and took over 10 minutes until I left because no one acknowledged the line of people just waiting to be told how long the wait will be. the workers definitely saw us due to them constantly looking back at us and talking amongst themselves. I wasn’t even approached by any employee and people in line started getting upset too, ended up leaving.

No “Kids Eat Free” at this location. Also didn’t know they started charging for kids drinks. Wow. Shocked and very disappointed. Never going to IHOP. For anyone on a budget trying to feed a large family besides at home thought we could go here but can’t anymore. Food was meh. Service was slow. Waitress kept telling me she was new. She was nice. Gave a decent tip. Not her fault for what owner and IHOP is doing.

I had a good breakfast here, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The location was clean and the food was decent. The only thing is, these cooks need to be a bit more attentive to their pancakes. One of mine was under cooked and was still runny batter underneath.

Great breakfast food and pleasant servers. There’s a menu for 55 + priced lower. I would give a 4.5 rating. Can’t beat Tuesdays free pancakes.
