I went by myself was seated in a small booth just for me. No one came to wait on me 3 other tables were sat and drink orders were taken. The hostess came to see if I had been waited on told her no and she took my drink order. The other three tables orders were taken and still no one came to me I watched 3 different waitresses walk past me. I did not get my drink or still no one came to service me so I left. Being new to the area left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ordered 55+ turkey dinner. Meat was not fully cooked, mashed potatoes were cold in the middle, No gravy. When asked for gravy that menu syayes with turkey gravy, they bring me white gravy. I told girl to get me chicken tenders & onion rings instead. She brought them but they were overly cooked. No gravy or ranch or any kind of dipping sauce was offered. After an hour my husband had already finished his food and had to wait for my food. No drink refills were offered so on top of dry No drink to wash it down with.

My mom and I stopped in for a late night bite to eat and we had a wonderful experience. Kathy was our server and she was extremely kind and sweet. Our food was wonderful but her presence was even better. If you visit this IHOP, ask for Kathy. She will provide the best service with her kind and genuine heart. Thank you Kathy!!

Didn’t find out there was one cook and one waitress until after we were seated and ordered. They were not busy at all. Took 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seated, oder, and get our food. A family of 4, food came out our 2 daughters first, then my husband’s, then mine. The kids bacon was over cooked, my husband’s food was cold, and no refills on iced tea were offered. Will not be back.

The worker got an attitude when I asked for more syrup. It’s a “yes” or “no”. I was given 4 syrup packets for 4 pancakes, I understand that’s standard. I ordered other things that I like to put syrup on as well. I would’ve paid for it if necessary. No reason for her to talk to my like that though. I only asked for 2 syrup packets.

Waited at the door for 5 mins. Someone in street clothes greeted me and seated me. Only 1 server. Ordered orange juice and got watered down orange juice. Ordered a pancake combo, took almost 30 mins to get and there was 1 other table in there. The big top by me hadn’t even ordered yet so my food should have taken maybe 10 mins. Turns out they forgot my order. Really? Not sure what the disconnect there was. It finally came and was WRONG! Not surprised honestly. No music playing. Extremely hot in the dining room. This place has gone hill since Christina Dodson left. Absolutely awful. I only came because I wanted pancakes. Next time I’ll just go to Dennys.

We had 4 in our group arrive at 9:30 for breakfast. It took an hour and a half to order, get our food, and get out. The waitress was asked twice for a replacement fork for one that was dirty and additional butter. Neither the fork nor butter were brought. The waitress did not know how to use the cash register and had to be trained while we waited. The floors were sticky and filthy with paper and pieces of food.

Was seated within 5 mins but was greeted with a nasty attitude and waiting 10 mins to even put our drink order in and waited 20 mins at least for our drinks they never arrived and we went ahead to put our food order in. Our server sat and gave drinks out to a table who just sat down and when we tried to get her attention she had a nasty look on her face. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had and not to mention it’s my birthday and to get treated this way. Our server mumbled when she talked to us and made it hard to understand and on top of her horrible attitude and facial expressions. Never again will I come here.
