Do not ever go here had the worst server ever last night, her is Jasym she NEVER checked on us. She was so rude and some girl with the red hair had to refill our drinks. We were ready to pay and waited 10 minutes then the other girl came and finally got our server to cash us out. The food was good and hot but the service was terrible.

Great service, food was all hot, tasty and made as ordered. However, it was at least 76° and excessively humid in the building. The ceiling tiles are almost all water-stained, and the restrooms, while appearing clean stunk of sewage. These things indicate that the staff are doing their jobs, but the franchisee and/or corporate have dropped the ball. You have great employees. Get your act together.

Ordered online while I was in the pickup spot right outside. Pick up time was said to be 11:17. It’s 11:58 right now, I have the pancakes, sausage, bacon and eggs(that i just received 20 minutes after it was said to be done)…but somehow still waiting on the hasbrowns. So the rest of my food is going to be cold since I have to wait on the hashbrowns. They’re not even really busy. Get it together please…

Service was good. Staff was friendly and courteous. I ordered an omelette with bacon and sausage but the egg was burned and the ingredients were on the outside instead of the inside of the omelette. Guess they were short staffed or something. We’ve been to hundreds of IHops and they usually don’t disappoint.
