I placed an order at 11:02 a.m. on 5/19/23 and they said it would take about 15 minutes. When my daughter went to pick up my order she waited a total of 43 minutes for the order. I tried to speak with the manager Sandy who I asked if she could call me from her business phone so I could speak with her about my disappointment with IHOP at this location and so that my daughter could have her phone back so she could hurry up and leave and bring me my food so i could eat and she never called me. When Sandy was on the phone I never knew if she was speaking with me or some other customers that were there. I honestly believe that they forgot to put my order at the time that I placed it. When I got my order the eggs and hash browns were covered with the gravy from the country fried steak. Country friend steak should have been placed separately because of the gravy just like the pancakes. The eggs and hash browns were soaking with gravy. Very disappointed with this IHOP location.

The Cali roasted melt sandwich was ok…. They did exaggerated in the mayo, it would’ve been a little better with not to much, and the burger for my son took forever to get there, he was the first one to order because he was super hungry and was the last to get his food after everyone’s else was served and probably 15 min after he got his burger, so that’s the time I waited to start my dinner with him, the waitress was helpful, she did ok, I just know something went wrong in the kitchen, overall the experience was nice, we enjoyed ourselves, that’s what we always try, to make sure the experience is about enjoying and tasting every plate and talk about which plate was the best of all.

Place need better experienced cooks my food was all wrong been yrs since i went to ihop for the same lack of cooking experience and service went again today give it a try everything was going good then my food came out all wrong and I disliked that they did not try to fix the issue the server just laughed and went away like seriously never again

How is it possible that with an empty restaurant we can’t get service? Waited 10 mins for someone to come to the table, and no one came. Servers and other employees were too busy talking. When we walked by the host stand and mentioned why we were leaving all we got was an “ok”.

Reliable fast food breakfast place. I have been going to IHOP since i was a kid and the roofline was a distinctive blue peak like those you would see in a Swiss mountain chalet. Food was normal as to be expected. Good service from bilingual servers who speak Spanish and English. Portions are reasonable but not above average like the old days when things were bigger but they sufficed. I had pancakes and eggs with bacon and coffee. My partners had gluten friendly ones with some blueberry topping and the other had a big omelette with hashbrowns. Everything was good but if you need big portions you will need to order extra sides. Place was relatively clean.
