Chicken fried steak and onion rings were great. Pancakes looked amazing but didn’t taste right they were not right. Appetizer sampler was good. I felt sorry for my server cause they had her serving so many tables and it was alright if it’s the closest place to go walking. My daughter’s chocolate shake was the best thing we got. Steak was very greasy.

Had the bourbon bacon eggs Benedict and the English muffin was hard to cut and chew. On top of that the poached egg was over cooked. Also had a couple bites of the breakfast crepe and it was kinda bland. Service was great though, we got our food within 20 minutes.

The food was about average, but we had to wait a really long time for our food. The server kept apologizing to everyone that they were under staffed and getting swamped by digital orders. If they can’t handle the walk in customers they have they need to turn off digital orders until they get more staff. They shouldn’t punish in person customers because they are swamped with digital orders. Each restaurant should prioritize in person customers and only take on work they can handle. The company really needs to look at the manager of this place and shut down digital orders. Horrible experience and only eat here if you want to wait nearly an hour for food. The only reason we didn’t leave is because my mom had just got out of the hospital and didn’t have the energy to go elsewhere. Restaurants need to know how much worse they can make a person’s day. This place needs to learn how to give e customer service.

Won’t be going back to this location. Service was far below average. Server brought wrong drink multiple times. Asked for cream cheese on the side to add to toast and he brought vanilla frosting? Ordered chicken tenders from kids menu and was brought a literal chicken patty. Like the patty’s used for chicken fried steak. Never asked to refill our drinks, we had to request refills repeatedly. Hash browns were very burned and the receipt didn’t list what we ordered. Super strange to be given a receipt with just the cost without a breakdown of each item. No idea if we were even charged the correct amount for anything. Won’t be back

Overall I’ll give our food a seven out of 10… My French toast was really tough for some odd reason… The sausage was good the hash browns weren’t too bad they were just extremely crispy as if they had been there a little too long… My eggs were pretty good as well… Our waitress was nice but every single time she came to the table she was chewing her own food… And nothings wrong with that if she’s hungry but she was talking with her mouth full and it just Just a bad view overall…

What do you want when you go out to an IHOP? I mean, what do you really want? You want to sit in chairs that are just a little too high up from the table. You want to eat fluffy, but dry pancakes and surprisingly good crepes. You want to drink cold brew that is advertised as “Not Bitter.” but is worthy of at least 5 French Vanilla Creamers. You want to listen to an Italian Family discuss the stupidity of their family members. This IHOP in particular was exactly as advertised and exactly what we should’ve expected. 10/10, thank you IHOP.
